  1. Chrome works fine for me. Similar issues to yours reported in the past. Clearing cache. Also use a clean and repair software. Logging out and back in usually solved issue according to past reports. If issue persists then a different browser might help.
  2. Yes, but not everything is on the app until after you sail
  3. Received a strange email today. I was asked to certify I am fully vaxxed and will produce proof at boarding if requested. No idea what this means other than a possible change.
  4. The problem is formatting. Are you using your phone or a computer. Smartphone auto formats the photos.
  5. Carnival is taking a wait and see position so CLIA members (including Celebrity) are not likely to immediately change. Especially since ArriveCAN is still in place.
  6. Easy answer. A top deck balcony that overlooks San Francisco and the Golden Gate Bridge while you watch the sunset behind the bridge. Am sure there are other port stays with similar exceptional views that would be special.
  7. With Onpoint you go to the appstore and download ZOOM. With Rapidtestandtrace.com you go to the app store and download Microsoft Teams. There are some 50 other sites. You can use any government approved test. Do know iHealth free test expirat5dates were all extended as were almost every other test. If not sure go to a local testing facility. Last, in North America and Europe and other places pretty much all tests are accepted by Celebrity. Go to a local test facility and you can be sure the test results will be accepted. PS - porting in Canada? Don't forget ArriveCAN is required .
  8. Yup. Even if you both got a MoveUp accepted you likely would not have cabins close to each other.
  9. And tendering is sometimes temporarily suspended due to weather conditions. They might move tendering to the other side of the ship due to wind or suspend because of fog or other issues. Suspending all tender ports would cause many ports to be dropped. Possibly you could stay on board for those ports.
  10. You show up. Just remember that some destinations do not accept CORs and there are very specific rules as to the format and dates AND the rules are changing daily.
  11. In your case you could get a COR depending on country restrictions and cruise on the second cruise. The 2nd cruise would not be refunded. You certainly could test again in 3 or 4 days and report a positive test for the second cruise as well. Again all the rules are likely to change between now and October so a Magic 8 Ball would say - Ask again later.
  12. Yes there's an Android version. Simply search using Google or on Amazon or Walmart or other retailers.
  13. Disagree on that one. Sorry. I am responsible for a non-profit with thousands on members worldwide. All inquiries are answered within 2 business days. Calls flow to those who take calls directly. If they have too many the directors and officers are notified and we step up. If you can communicate to someone that providing two things: #1 a booking confirmation via email or access via signing in to Celebrity that CLEARLY outlines the terms of the cruise contract AND #2 has someone read and put out clear and CONCISE press releases. That was my job. They could put out instructions to EVERYONE then simply update as needed. A simple search by departure country would eliminate thousands of phone calls.
  14. You actually got the rejection info when you cruised without MoveUp. I have not ever received a notice my bids were rejected.
  15. Yawn. The last time real numbers of cases on board were released was mid December. The color system said little or nothing to help. Especially when how many passengers reported testing positive immediately or shortly after disembarking? Dozens on cruise critic alone. Good riddance. Agree with TeeRick.
  16. If truly stressed then wait. The current chaos in flights, baggage and then covid cases rising make this a tough time stress wise. A personal decision. If claustrophobic the decision is easy.
  17. The two bids we had accepted were both two days from sailing.
  18. Lots of bag issues. Friends flew Vancouver to Amsterdam in May and bags arrived 4 days later. Son was the head speaker in Dublin last week. Gave his speech in Bermuda shorts and a polo shirt. Best you can do is fly in a couple days early and ALWAYS have a carryon bag with meds, documents and 2 or 3 changes of everything except pants.
  19. Several threads discuss exactly this. Refunds are taking several weeks. An email explaining exact details from booking number to dates confined should move things along. I would send to the executive offices or the Celebrity Engagement Center. Someone else likely has a better address. There are so many issues Celebrity is sadly falling further and further behind on correspondence.
  20. 5-7pm you get drinks. The package probably not worth it for you.
  21. Not calling the emergency number for Celebrity Air certainly complicates things. Understand it was your first use of Celebrity Air, but that should have been your first action. Understand your panic at boarding. Good thoughts on getting resolution.
  22. No glitch. Checkin opens APPROXIMATELY 45 days before your cruise. It sometimes is 44. Other times later in day 45. Relax. Your not getting the email is your clue that Celebrity has not opened checkin. Cruises also usually do not open on Sunday at whatever location does that task.
  23. The extra OBC for booking on board is available on the website and there are many threads on exactly this. This is one area that has not changed in over 10 years.
  24. Your Captain's Club status or room category does not matter. Anyone can drop their "stuff " at their cabin.
