  1. I don't recall anybody reporting this for the past several years. Did you really only receive one invoice showing all 21 days? Can you post any portion of it so that we can see what you're seeing?
  2. Has anybody recently cancelled a booking that had a CN applied either as deposit or additional payment? Since the double up promo appears to again be working for insides, I decided to liberate two CNs that I had used as deposit on a 2025 cruise (I can just rebook it at same price/promos and pay cash for deposit). I need the two CNs back to share with DD for a cruise later this year. The agent confirmed that the CNs would just return to my account. They didn't show up immediately, so I'm curious how long this has taken for others. I know that credit card refunds take about a week, but am hoping the CNs are "refunded" faster. Thanks.
  3. Yeah, I'm pretty sure I won't see that five bucks regardless. 🤣
  4. Thanks. I'll just try to find a Shorex rep who understands and can help us out. I've heard that they can make it happen (the shift from refundable credit to non-refundable OBC) but, as with many things with NCL, I probably won't know for sure until I try it. I believe that only one of the three booked Shorex is a "can't miss," so I likely won't put that one at risk.
  5. Has anybody reading ever heard of a "waitlist" for Shorex? I have the same situation as the OP. Perhaps my plan will be to go to the Shorex desk when they aren't busy (if such a time exists) and ask "is Shorex abc sold out?" a) If no, then cancel and rebook. b) If yes, then ask "can I be put on the waitlist?" c) "There is no waitlist" - then cancel and rebook d) "Yes, there is a waitlist" - then keep current booking and find other ways to use OBC We've prepaid $445 for Shorex on our next cruise and have $200 of non-refundable OBC. We should be able to make it work.
  6. The only way to know for certain is to just try applying two to the reservation.
  7. Just to confirm. Are you asking about CruiseNext or CruiseFirst?
  8. Check this out. I've been trying to apply a second since late April to an inside later this year without success. After seeing your post, I said "what the heck" and tried again. This time it worked. 😎 Thanks!! And the T&Cs still say:
  9. I believe that they have reverted to "balcony and above" for the current promo.
  10. Yeah, I'm slowly embracing the CNC process. I bought my first two in January (should have bought four) and promptly applied both during a double up offer (inside cabin) to a summer 2023 cruise. I bought four more in April and was able to apply one to a fall 2023 cruise and used two others to pay deposits on Fall 2025 cruises. I'll likely buy four more during our Summer 2023 cruise. They, like the shareholder OBC, take a bit getting used to but ultimately are a great deal.😎
  11. Yep. I order my Bloody Marys spicey, so would be hard pressed to pick up any subtleties in the flavor of the Vodka.
  12. Yep. It wouldn't mean much to me to find a duck, but it makes the cruise more fun for my fellow cruisers. That makes my cruise more fun.😎 Blow away!!!!! 🤣
  13. Interesting. How do you feel about people who blow bubbles from their balconies? I've never seen a duck, but DD did snag one on our last cruise. Fun stuff!
  14. I had all the Black Label, Bulleit bourbon (I wish they also had the Bulleit rye) and Guinness I wanted on my last cruise. I didn't need no stinkin' PPBP.😎 (my Bloody Marys and Screwdrivers were all Grey Goose or Belvidere, but I would be fine with others)
  15. This stuff can literally change week to week and ship to ship. Bulleit and Crown were in the base package a year ago. Then they were $16. Now they're back in the base package. I had to educate a well-meaning bar tender about the Bulleit. Who can keep up with this? Just find out when you are on the ship.
  16. Tell David to invest the ten minutes to call NCL and request his room be moved. Then report back for further guidance. I think you're making this way too complicated.
  17. Don't believe everything you read on the internet.
  18. Yeah, just an old joke enjoyed by a few (very few?) of us old guys. "We're like exactly the same thing, only different." 🤣
  19. We were on the Sky in the Carribean in January and one day the app told us we were going to be in Canada the next day. 🤣
  20. Why did you leave her an additional tip if she did such a bad job?
