Looks like a beautiful day to begin a cruise. To all our gang onboard today Bon Voyage. Wish we were with you, seriously thought about it when it was first mentioned, but our nephew is getting married Saturday in NJ and that took priority. Headed up north this weekend to our PA house to get some thungs done befire the wedding. Not the weather I was looking for. Our view this morning A picture someone had posted from the town in NJ where we used to live Yes it's pretty but I am so done with snow. It is supposed to warm up in the next few days, sure hoping it does, ready to go back south.

We have been in SC for a little over 7 years. Took a bit to find a primary but not as long as those moving here now, close to a year wait if you can find one taking new patients. Having said that I am on my 3rd "primary" in the practice, the others left. Not thrilled with almost starting over every time I go but at least have a place to go. Too many old people moving south. You are definitely a dying breed, be proud of yourself for all you do. I wish there were doctors like you here.

Adding vs changing a guest prior to cruising
akcruz replied to Thanos67's topic in Royal Caribbean International
This, especially if you are looking at March, typically Spring Break meaning lots of people especially kids. Better to book with 4 now even if the name is TBD and not worry about if space will be available when you decide who that will be. -
Do you get double points for Junior Suites?

To add another wrinkle, if you do a Royal Up you only get points for the cabin originally booked. -
It is 4 drinks a day so be careful if you want to use them only on alcoholic drinks if you get something else. The bartenders tend to use the vouchers first so specify you would like to or not like to use a voucher when ordering.

Hope both will be better soon. My son fell snowboarding while in high school. He complained to us how bad his hand hurt but nothing seemed broken. It was our last day in Vermont so he rode home complaining the whole time. After a few days of hearing him complain took him to the Dr, they took x-rays and yep one of the bones in the back of his hand was broken, Dr called it a fighters break, common when knuckles hit something. We felt bad and still hear about from time to time.
