Yes, a nice adults only aft pool on Glory. It was mostly not too crowded, and sometimes, not crowded at all. The hot tubs there, though, now that was a different story...

$1400 on my first ever cruise in 2018! Not much, but still chasing another jackpot. I'm in some "other CCL Casino forums" - people there post multiple jackpots a cruise. I don't know how they are getting so lucky... Well, probably because they are rolling $20 (or more!) spins lol.

I swear I saw this in Royal Caribbean print somewhere before and thought to myself, "looks like they are changing the policy." Can't for the life of me recall where it was those - I think an old email giving "status update" before the reset. I think I deleted all of those though. I will not be surprised if this is confirmed.

Yep, we got offers 404, and this one says: COMPLIMENTARY STATEROOM FARE FOR YOU PLUS A DISCOUNTED CASINO FARE FOR YOUR SECOND GUEST* From what I'm reading in "other places" they are testing this for desirable sailings, and not necessarily the norm. I'll wait to see what the next offer says...

I'm just going to say it. I don't know what the fuss is with the food. I find it to be very adequate. It's not world-class cuisine by any means, but it's decent. I think Carnival has better food than Royal Caribbean.

I'd reckon to say that most cruise lines product is "good enough for the price." Because they all operate as a business. The only difference is, the price is low. I don't think there are a lot of lines out there giving the "above and beyond" relative to the price.

Hey all, looking for people's experience with getting these offers. I know no one knows the secret formula, but just looking for input on people's actual experience with getting these. As I'm sure could be garnered from my posts, we are degenerate gamblers. If you're against degenerate gamblers, please feel free to skip. We get DOU in the casino quite frequently, but still hunting down that elusive DOU Everywhere offer. We've gotten offers for up to a comp balcony, never quite made it to a suite. Which is fine, of course we would take one, but suites don't jazz me as much as free booze! (I'm kidding everyone, it's okay. But not really kidding.) I've seen offers with DOUE with even an oceanview, so I don't think it has to be tied to a suite, which would then lead me to believe it isn't tied to how much money you are throwing at the casino, because in my typical experience, the more money you throw, the better the cabin category, but if the DOUE is offered on lower category rooms, then what's the golden ticket. Anyone will to share their experiences with getting the DOUE offer, what type of room category the offer came with, are all current offers coming as DOUE, or just the occasional rare unicorn, etc, etc...

Haha, same. We used to cruise once a year. Now with the offers they keep sending, we're booking 3 a year, which is about the most we can squeeze in with vacation time. Otherwise we'd probably be booking more lol.

Honestly, if someone is disappointed with the steakhouse, I'm not sure what expectations they go in with, but feel like they might be set a bit high. We booked the steakhouse on our cruise on the Glory in February. We actually got married on the ship on embarkation day, and thought it would be nice for our little group to have dinner at the steakhouse. We were all very pleased and felt it was 100% worth it. And now we'll probably have dinner at the steakhouse at least one night on future cruises.

In my experience, the "residual odor" on clothing of applicants is not actually residual. Unless they got a ride to their interview in a weed-wagon, they are probably smoking the ganja on the reg.
