  1. Thanks for posting the review! We are booked on Seascape next March on the same itinerary, so you given us a bit of a preview.
  2. We only used 3 FAS+ for dinners on our last cruise. We had small plates at Food Republic for lunch as our 4th.
  3. Two for two on our NCL cruises. It's worked well for us. Great way to kick off the cruise. We've got LeBistro booked first night on our next one for our anniversary.
  4. Any idea how it works for the non-Haven suites? Same process?
  5. We are contemplating an itineraries on Viva or Prima. We are trying to get a handle on the different benefits between a non-Haven suite and a Haven suite. I understand that the non-Haven suite has zero access to the Haven complex. My big question is how the escorted on/off perk works in each class for a tender port intensive itinerary. Is there a difference between non-Haven and Haven? Does this actually work to expedite the experience enough to justify the increased cost of either option? I know that's a judgment call, but I'd appreciate hearing experience from folks that have used this benefit. Thanks!
  6. Sounds like the champagne bar will be a place my wife and I need to check out in March, although depending on timing we'll either have just missed Angela or just meet her at the tail end of her tour.
  7. Hope you have a fabulous trip! I'm following along as we will be on the Seascape in March. I'm pretty sure I read your live review of Silhouette trip on the Celebrity forum, and we have a trip schedule on Silhouette next summer.
  8. I don't have a real basis for comparison in terms of forward facing or aft facing. We indulged for our bucket list Alaska cruise in May on the Encore and got a courtyard penthouse. On glacier bay day, we spent time moving among the sundeck, the horizon lounge, and our balcony. The location worked really well for us in terms of ease of shifting locations. The views were truly majestic.
  9. I have a trip booked for March, and the confirmation lists my Voyagers Club level as Silver. When I check my account online, the account shows Gold. Is this something I should be proactively trying to get fixed now? Does it matter what the confirmation shows versus what's in the online system? Will it get fixed automatically as the sailing date approaches or at time of boarding? TIA
  10. We sailed on May 14. We were able to book Choir of Man prior to boarding but not any of the other shows.
  11. Been there and done that. It makes a really good milkshake!
  12. I picked them up at various bars, usually for taking with us when we got off the ship. We got bottles of aqua panna and san pellegrino, also from bars, for the mini-fridge in the room, but don't drink the ones that are stocked already in the room as that results in a charge.
  13. Following along on your adventures. It's way too long until we board in March...
  14. I may have to give that a try next time around.
  15. I did my own trio tasting when we were on P+ last trip. 🙂
  16. Following along for insights for our trip on Seascape in March.
  17. How do you sign-up for those: online in advance or onboard? We have our first MSC cruise booked for next March. We've had a couple NCL cruises over the past year and have enjoyed the wine tastings on those cruises.
  18. Was able to use P+ for the Veuve at Le Bistro last week on Encore.
  19. Same experience as this on the Encore last week. Vueve available by the glass only at Le Bistro.
  20. December 2022 cruise on the Escape, and they refunded the unused OBC in cash. I didn't really spend too much time trying to get it refunded to a card instead, so it may be possible that way will refund it that way.
  21. Same sentiments. Leaving in two weeks and Veuve was part of our beverage package upgrade calculations.
  22. We booked a party of two as well, so that's consistent with variance by party size...
  23. It was refunded as cash not to a card. We got a message to stop by the bursar the day before disembarkation to clear the balance that they owed us.
  24. We were able to book a 7:30 show with a 5:30 specialty dining reservation earlier this week. I did hear on our roll call that some people were blocked based on dining reservation, but the time window isn't 2.5 hours from our experience.
