  1. Most of the call center reps. are clueless. I have my doubts they have ever stepped foot on a Princess ship. I always wear dockers and a golf style shirt and my wife always wears slacks and a fancy top with a lot of bling. Every night.
  2. We asked on embarkation and was told we had to wait until the first evening. So at the end of the first evening we spoke with the Maitre D and asked for a specific table. Our request was acknowledged.put in their system and we were assigned that exact two top table for the entire cruise. Since we had a standing reservation time and table we were allowed to walk in the MDR without stopping at the podium to be checked in. Our entire experience with DMW was anything but a nightmare.
  3. I didn't. I just Googled him and found that info. Thanks.
  4. On our Enchanted cruise (27 March - 6 April) we ate in the Amalfi MDR every evening and shorts were worn by others every night. Can't imagine the other two MDRs were any different. We did DMW and had reservations for 6:PM every evening. Same two top that we selected.
  5. Why, I thought, assumed being a fairly new ship (2020) Princess would have installed glass doors for their showers. As I said we adjusted. No biggie. Won't keep us from continuing to cruise with Princess. Looking forward to our October 2025 Royal cruise.
  6. No the Xpress doesn't need to be printed. Luggage tags do not need to be printed in color.
  7. I like using the showers in the mens change room in the fitness center and in the spa. Huge showers and huge shower heads. We were surprised that the Enchanted had a shower curtain instead of a door in the cabin shower. Standard balcony. Never an issue.
  8. Agree. I was walking the track one morning and Jerrod was also walking the track. I slowed down to acknowledge his outstanding singing and others in the production shows. As we were parting he said, now only if I could walk as fast as you do.
  9. We always enjoyed our Bar Harbor stops.
  10. Bummer. I missed the one on our recent Enchanted cruise. My wife is good at telling me when and where. I guess she missed it this time in the Patter.
  11. I forgot about one of the MDRs being open to all on embarkation. Bummer Princess does nothing special for B2Bers. All our B2B cruises with Celebrity and RC we have always had a TAD lunch in the MDR. Limited menu, but a nice thought on their part. Also with Celebrity the MDR is open for Lunch on embarkation day for all those booked in a Concierge Class cabin and all Zenith CC members.
  12. Do you know what they are doing (special lunch in one of the MDRs for example) for B2Bers on TAD? We've done a lot of B2B cruises but have never had that many B2Bers joining us.
  13. I hate that idea. I like retreat pool and bar as is. Less crowded.
  14. I've sometimes seen that in threads. How others elect to find answers is up to them. I have and will suggest when someone asks about a port on a Cruise line forum that they should use the Ports Of Call forum. Now we are getting off topic which adds to a thread becoming hard to find an answer. Tapping out.
  15. Even if Princess did, we'd still cruise with them. We cruise Celebrity alot. We've never cruised in the Retreat Class. Because of the structure of the Retreat Class that hasn't stopped us from continuing to cruise with Celebrity on any of their three class of ships. We've never cruised in a suite. Celebrity or RC or Princess. We may book a MSC cruise one day.
  16. The evening CL HH hours are always listed in the CAS welcome back flier that list all CAS perks/benefits for your tier level for that specific cruise.
  17. Welcome to CC. 🍻 The CC search option is only an option to use. Nothing wrong with starting your own thread even on a subject that has been addressed many times. Especially if you can't find a related subject. If that was the case, for example there would only one extremely long dress code thread. I've been a CC member since 2001.😉
  18. We were on the Enchanted in March. We ate in the Amalfi MDR every evening (and breakfast) and in our opinion the dining room temp was perfect. I always wear golf style shirts (short sleeved) and my wife always wears 3/4 to long sleeved women tops.
  19. Correct. So if you want a traditional style balcony on any E class ship, you will need to book a SV (Sunset Veranda) or a DPV (Deluxe Porthole Veranda) cabin. These type of traditional balcony cabins are limited on the E class ships.
  20. Agree. It's the CC Mod Squads job to monitor these boards. If a thread is redundant most of the time they will combine the threads. The CC search function is hit and miss. I have better luck with Google.
  21. Better question, where were you? 😉You should have joined CC a year ago. 😁
