  1. You can always switch to Royal with higher, non-refundable deposits, which you lose if you choose to rebook at a lower price. I'll stick with NCL. Their low refundable deposits, and easy re-fares before final payment, are about a good a deal as it gets.
  2. I think you're confusing me with another poster. We're going to Bermuda in a couple of weeks. It's a 5-day, $200 for Vibe. Haven't convinced Mrs. IA to get it. I think she's going to regret it. The Escape is looking pretty full, with a ton of kids. It's fall break for New Jersey schools.
  3. That level of detail by the room steward for a daily cleaning is actually quite encouraging.
  4. Never fully trust the FAQ's. They can be woefully far beyond in getting updated.
  5. First - Depends on which bar, time of day, # of passengers, etc. We've never had a problem. 2) Only the main theatre show(s) take reservations pre-cruise. Others you sign up on board. All will have a standby line. Some are first come/first served. 3) You can reserve MDR's, but walking up usually doesn't include a long wait. Maybe 20-minutes or so max. Again, depends on time of day and number of passengers. 4) Any of them And no, the negativity is not to be believed.
  6. We don't do BOGO, so we have to get whatever we can out of our travel card points. I discovered that our card won't transfer points/miles to Delta (which has the best flights), but they will transfer to Air France. On our itinerary, Air France uses all Delta routes! We're getting nearly free roundtrip airfare to Europe on the exact flights we wanted. Can't beat that with stick....
  7. Be patient and wait. NCL doesn't have November completely figured out yet.
  8. What did you think of the show? We weren't impressed, and probably wouldn't bother with it next time, even if it was available.
  9. Math checks out, but I assume it was purchased long before Dec. 2021 based on the OP.
  10. Great for CruiseMH, who's from Germany, but OctoP is out of luck.
  11. If I recall, there was a cruise to nowhere earlier this hurricane season on a one-Mexico-stop cruise. They did get an exemption from the US, due to weather and scheduling. Very rare, to be sure.
  12. It makes sense to NCL. They profit $50 each time this situation occurs.
  13. I said my question was rhetorical. Why did you feel the need to answer?
  14. You still don't understand how a public message board works, do you... Rhetorical question.
  15. We've done it at 7-hours, so maybe they stash them somewhere for awhile? No idea.
  16. No, he wrote "purchase", not "putchase". And anyone with more than one active braincell knew that he was talking about stock, not OBC. Except you, I guess. 😆
  17. We're going there in August. Not a majority, but a lot are already sold out.
  18. Wow, Mo. You, of all people, making a point of a minor posting error. Go figure.
  19. Yes, but not guaranteed destinations. Read your contract. Also, if you can't see the incredible entitlement attitude in your posts in this thread, well, no amount of rational discussion will change that. Good luck on CC.
  20. I can't speak for "a lot of people", but I don't. I've bought it once and have used it 4 times. It's a nice tax-free dividend. I've also made a gain on the stock. Not much, but even at a loss it would have been more than worth it.
  21. Welcome to CC. A post like this, so early, isn't going to get you anywhere. No one claims to be police, but they do comment on those who waltz in here with an attitude. What you paid for is exactly what RD told you, a cruise of xx number of days. Your speculation, and how you feel about itinerary changes, means nothing.
  22. The form needs to be received by NCL at least 15-days prior to the cruise. Once it's accepted, it's a done deal. You can sell the stock.
  23. That's right. I got the 2-level thing turned around. Thanks for the correction.
  24. I thought you had to bid 2 levels up. Are you in obstructed view or some other lower grade balcony?
