I did read someone who was diamond and excluded during happy hour getting a free non alcoholic voucher. I couldnt tell if one total or one a day, just saw the voucher she posted. Not a coffee card, but a voucher for any non alcoholic drink.

I've been staying across the river where the hotel has a shuttle to the port. I know 2 people who were pick pocketed, so keep your stuff close at hand if you go out in new orleans. One was a cabin mate who was from the UK and it was her birthday. Her passport also was stolen with her money. She had a hard time flying back to the UK. Many drive to the port, and I havent noticed a difference between pax sailing from new orleans or Galveston.

I would want to see the letter as others were locked out during 5 to 8 pm only. Even the blog has a article about this. Been discussed and re discussed... can you provide the letter.

Finance people talk in terms of inflation rate coming down into the 2s. None speak of reversing inflation to a negative rate where prices are less than before. If people are hoping prices revert they need to be more realistic. .. though I can see some europe deals coming if this war gets worse. People dont want to fly any where near the war(s). Worried. So might be some deals but I dont see prices reverting. Carnival is trying some improved menus so better food could happen.

Black friday deals have been for planner items in the past, not particularly cruise prices. Dont hold your breath this year will see cruise price deals. The other items like military or sr rates are more likely if cabins arent selling well, which we know isnt true. Summer? That price looks very high, I know I can get a 7 day for less. Must be a high time to cruise you want. There are certainly lower prices for that ship too. Look into group rates. I wouldnt book direct. Find a ta with lower refundable rates. I'm with your husband, makes no sense to book something you arent comfortable with the price wishing and hoping for a price drop. Book at a rate you want to sail. I looked and cant even find a balcony that high, though I'm assuming you are quoting the most expensive date, summer or holiday to find that one. I can book a 1 bedroom grand suite for less on allure. Your arguments and facts are kind odd. Solo, full price for a random suite before fees and taxes.

Hobby is twice as close as IAH. I can do hobby in 45 minutes, but add extra time, always for bad traffic. IAH more like 1.5 hours away. North of downtown houston which is always a slower drive. You say you are worried about getting to a clean hotel. Both airports have clean hotels with free shuttles. Do you plan on staying the night before your cruise at a hotel near the airport or coming on down to Galveston. I've been getting a random bottle of wine or champagne from guest service. Chefs choice is whatever snack they choose to deliver. The amenities you pick. You can call and set it for a certain bottle of wine, but they may substitute. Mine are set to chocolate truffles and the beach bag. I get 3. The beach bag counts as 2.

The server doesnt know you want a mocktail, so sure tell her what you want to order.

I dont eat pasta but twice I was sitting with someone else who got it. The Mdr night she was glutton free and they forgot and threw it in some water. She said it wasnt cooked. Another time someone said her pasta also was raw, not cooked. Maybe it's good I dont eat pasta. I'm doing more pay restaurants. If you had told me a year ago i would have said no, but I'm changing how I cruise a bit.

My favorite carnival pay restaurant. I think they do a better job on some things than any other place to eat. That dessert with the hard shell ... best version ever. I'm a big yes. .. though I ate there a couple times in vista. .. so much food.

This is the beach bag

The day time activities will be very similar to rcl. Trivia, all that kind of stuff. Mdr rcl wins, of course also celebrity etc. Pizza and burgers carnival wins. I'm not a fan of rcl pizza. I eat a few bites and pull the topping off the crust. Rcl has a bunch of premade crust already sauced. It cant compete with fresh made to order carnival pizza. I dont eat plain burgers, but I eat guys burgers. Like everything else pluses and minus. If the price is good grab it.

I do get 5 free drinks a day but cant envision cancelling a cruise over the price of drinks. Everyone is different so it's always fun to read other points of view.

Izumi to me means just izumi. The hibachi lunch though was exactly the same 28.99 as izumi sushi side. And no 18% added. I cancelled some hibachi and changed to izumi which as I said means izumi, sushi side. Because bogo excludes hibachi. Izumi for bogo can only be the set price meal. It went from 35.99 to the 39.99 recently and I paid full onboard price to do bogo. Though I havent had much sushi with it lol. People says sushi side to explain. I had the poke bowl and fried veggies and soup and pork dumplings. I can get sushi at home.

I booked lunch hibachi for 28.99 and no 18% added for lunch. Now its 31.99. And 18% added. All lunches are up except the deal on Jamie's or Giovanni a day or so ago. I cancelled some but izumi was also 28.99, for dinner or lunch, now higher. Full price 39.99, full price 5 or 6 months ago 35.99. I still got a izumi at 28.99 dec 10th. I cancelled some to do full higher prices for bogo but everything is up I'm watching. .. and it's only been early summer since I booked, not your 22 months. We must be looking at different food as I did book 3 of the Jamie's lunch, none from this sale which is higher for me, not lower. I'm good no matter what but these prices arent better for the meals I've booked.

Yes if you upgrade, you would always pay the prevailing rate ... not the difference you saw before. Do a mock booking and you pay whatever is now the prevailing rate ... not what royal up is. The current rate.
