I'm surprised at the anger still. I was happier with the food on radiance than a long time. Steak cooked right, unusual and my fish and chips the fish was crunchy for the first time. I suspect there are also a lot of happy people too, just the bigger eaters posting here or ones who ordered more than one thing to eat at a time. I'm ok one at a time with apps. Dont order multiple entrees or desserts.

Are you the one who posted you dont like the matching of status for family living together but you have a 2 week panama cruise with friends so for your convenience you want them to be able to status match to you just for those 2 weeks. So because it suits your cruise plans you want your friends to match during your cruise .. but not someone elses SO? I can remember not yet diamond and couldnt go into the diamond lounge with my cabin mate. That wasnt fun, but that's how it was onboard we were told. And we shared a cabin .. but your friends who are not sharing a cabin you want them granted your status during a cruise. Talk about a bad idea imo. So one D with 10 friends? Or 25? Where would the limit be with your plan where friends of yours shared your status during a cruise. Any pinnacles want to be my friend? How would a friend be verified?

Perhaps what you saw was the upcharge items .. not the free menu.

I'm trying the book night 1 or 2. And asking them to bogo almost anything, I'm not picky. Solo pays for first night and 2nd is free.

The latest I have seen where there was normal debarkation was 9 to 930 am. Not sure what you think you saw, but that's not going to happen. Agree with above post. You have to clear your cabin usually by 8 am. After that its sitting around or finish eating breakfast with your luggage with you. There is no such thing as late check out unless your ship had trouble and everyone is late .. not just you. They need you off so they can turn over your cabin for the next folks.

Lol well now you know that person is a bad source of info. Lots of rumors. There are tons of threads about this. ..you can have one at a time. Lobster night 2 guys not together at my table both asked for steak and lobster on the same plate and were told no. They had to eat them separately. I have seen a few threads lately where exceptions were made ...I never asked for 2 entrees at the same meal. Apps are served one at a time. My experience. And yes only 1 free lobster, maine lobster, mine was quite large, but not so the guy next to me who also had steak. They very but slightly larger.

Results are mixed. Can be either answer you posted above. Some got to keep their discounted rate, some were cancelled and rebooked at full price for the first night. There doesnt seem to be a cut and dried rule. Or what can be matched. I'm going to try in sept and booked night 2. I know for me either is ok. Whatever they say I'm good with. I am pre booked.

At a pretty low loyalty level pax get a free picture. So some may appreciate being notified it's for sale. I rarely get my free picture, but sometimes.

I still think I had covid last dec but tested negative and then confused myself self testing. Not sure. I'm still trying to figure out if I want to spend a day in mammoth caves area. I'm staying right there, just everything sounds too much for me. I remembered a hour tour near where I stayed last time I went thru. I didnt read online about it. .. scramble over rocks on my hands and knees. .. I dont think I can get up and down well enough, scrambling on rocks .. I'm past those days. Change of clothes suggested. Nothing sounds like something i think is plausible. I did green caves in jamaica and every other cave when i was younger. I got a b2b2b on harmony later this year. I did prebook something each week and hope to do a bogo to liven up the food choices. I'll see how bogo goes on allure. I havent actually ever done a bogo but hope to get it set up each week.

The points dont transfer. Have to earn them. In this case their child when he was a minor became diamond thru his parents. That's his status. He now gave his wife the same diamond status. I think what the op is saying she thinks the points on the account when he lived at home and the highest pts showed, mom or dads or both ..didnt transfer. Now his actual points show now that he is married. He cant move up further until he earns them. Evidently his points were less than his parents. Mom is now posting how his points were taken away .. he never had them. The account shows the highest points in the household. The OP seems also to be confusing points and loyalty status.

You cant inherit status until you have your own C & A number, we posted back to you why it was easier once the new wife boarded and said this was a good way to do it. Not before her first cruise. I remember your post. Sorry that you dont understand you dont match status until you have your own number. Also even if you inherit the status, when you cruise your real points are what counts and new pts added onto. Maybe this explains it to you better since it seems you didnt understand. I matched to elite on celebrity. My real points on celebrity now count so until my real earned points exceeds the matched status I dont move ahead in loyalty. You dont inherit points, you match their status.

Lol I think was automation .. no hands looking and no hands involved? Next time I'll know to look and not just see it's still a lowered deposit. Check first and pay the higher amount in advance before putting in for a price match on the ez saver form.

I moved from a reduced rate to a less reduced rate deposit and got cancelled. I was early saver and put in for a cruisefare decrease. I was originally on a $50 deposit and went to another decreased deposit during the night and within 2 minutes it came back thru and cancelled my booking. I was on the phone the next morning and we had to get a new booking number, couldnt get it back. I filled out the form online ..assuming I'd have time to add to the deposit or get a notice and just pay it. It wasnt 2 minutes in between emails. Congrats we gave you the lower price, to your booking is cancelled due to payment due.

Yes I know it was 7 hours. What I meant was we were not offered a full day just the locks. We had either the lake or 2 cities and the welcome centre. Carnival offers a full day without a add on to fill time. Also more expensive. We had the lake one at $99. It was popular. I took a city and we were out 7 hours. A full day to me. I wanted one just the locks like carnival has .. carnivals just the locks is $189. Much more expensive then the lakes one we were offered. I did this march 27 so recently. I was supposed to have done it also jan 30 but didnt go. But I was in the roll call and booked excursions. Rcl prices were better but we werent offered the all day go to the locks and here is lunch while we do only the locks. A lot of cruisers on my roll call were unhappy at the offerings who wanted only the locks. Not offered. Anyway ... my pt was that one was more popular than others offered and never really went on big sale like the others.

I did this one on radiance and the one with gatum lake never went on sale and sold out. Never saw the all day one offered to us. I'm on carnival next jan who had the $189 all day to the locks. It's been sold out for months. They dont have sales before the cruise like rcl ..but full priced sold out. .a year in advance. Less expensive rcl excursions sell out. Most run of thr mill dont sell out. It really depends on what it is and the price etc.

Very easy to cancel if you change your mind. My next January cruise goes to Panama and excursions to the locks for a day have long ago sold out. Depends on the port, but I buy as soon as I see a price I like. There are some that sales hardly affect. All the others go on a good sale, but ones that are selling well wouldnt.
