On edge class, they do not have early and late fixed dining. Even though they give you the option to choose late dining, it turns out that once you are on the ship, everyone just has open dining. The option to choose late dining is an artifact of the booking system and it is not relevant on the E class ships.

However, soda is definitely included in the classic package. They have requested that the package information be re-printed with sodas included for clarification.
