Thanks for the concern. I heard back from the doctor's office. They want me to cover the area with a gauze and ace wrap, and limit walking. Of course go to the ER if fever/chills or foul smelling drainage. I'll see them in the office on Friday.

Good morning. Thanks for the Fleet Report/Daily. Barbershop quartets are ok; haven't heard one in years. I have never had an 8-track tape or a pet other than fish. Nice quote. The meal looks good, as does the drink. I'll pass on the wine. I haven't been to Savusavu. It's going to be warm and sunny today. It's already 47F, although we have an air quality alert. It's always something. As I've mentioned I was having unusual pain in my right knee. I'd noticed a wet spot in the bed the other day and thought maybe it was from the cpap. Now I know it's from my knee; there's drainage! Not good. I messaged the Ortho office, but if I don't hear by this afternoon I'll try to call (and hope not to get the dreaded phone tree). I'm concerned about infection and if I need to be on antibiotics. Sigh. I have some errands I need to do and was going to BFF's DD DF's house, but I want to hang at the house a bit in case I get a call (although I can forward the landline to my cell). @StLouisCruisers I appreciate you starting us up today. Good afternoon. My home alarm system is now all spiffed up. My old one was installed in 1995, when I first got this house. I may still try to do a little yard cleanup after the Osterdam sailaway, but that is kind of late. And tomorrow I may help BFF a bit at his Dad's house, as well as look for a pair of black flats I can wear on the dressier cruise nights. @Quartzsite Cruiser Thanks for lots of great photos from Marseille. @cunnorl I'm jealous of your painters. I need to find some to do my kitchen and a couple of other rooms. @durangoscots Ouch on all those folks falling and breaking bones; don't you join them! @Cruising-along I hope the tiredness eases soon, but I guess it just takes time. Lovely Marseille pictures. This credit union I belong to is small. They had gone paperless for the most part, and I wasn't keeping track of the balance. Then I get this letter showing zero balance! I tried to log in online but couldn't. I called and they claimed to have sent letters and even called (no message ever left); you have to have some activity once a year to keep the account open. So the funds went to the State as unclaimed!! I have filled out the paperwork with the State; the credit union person was apologetic and said they'd do anything they could to help if I needed it. @dfish Cute pictures of you all. LOL at DB Bill's pose! @kazu Thanks. I had an older claim in for a check from way back, that I only recently found out about. But I used a PO Box then, and now can't prove I rented it. I found a record of a check written for the PO box, but don't have the check any longer. It was from the 1980's and not for much money. @aliaschief It sounds like you two are livin' the life! @XBGuy Fingers crossed the roof is finished before the rain comes. I got a new roof late last year and lucked out with good weather.

Good morning. Thanks for the Fleet Report/Daily. I like watching golf and said I'd learn after retirement, but then all the medical stuff started. Maybe one day. I hope farm animals are treated well. I'll have to wait for only-child day, although I know most of you have siblings. I like the quote. Pass on the meal (seafood), although I'll occasionally eat a crab cake. I'll pass on the drink and take the wine. I haven't been to Marseille. It's going to be sunny and warm today, going up into the upper 60's, after a chilly start around freezing earlier. And warm and dry all week. I'll be inside for most of today, as my alarm guy is coming soon. Maybe if he's done early afternoon, I may do a little cleanup yard work. I slept over 7 hours, having only gotten about 4 hours the night before, due to the power outage. Ugh, found out my funds disappeared from the Credit Union! They claim they marked it as a dormant account and had sent me letters. Now I have to try to get the money back from the State! @StLouisCruisers Thank you for our start today.
