you did the right thing to go to the ER, I slipped and fell on ice on my way to the office 4 weeks ago, and kept saying I am fine until 1:00 p.m. that day when I realized I was not fine, fractures in 2 bones, I have been in a hard splint for 4 weeks (love that I can take it off to shower) and have another follow up today. Pain was really bad at first due to the swelling compressing the tendons.

I am not a lawyer I do not play one on TV, but you do not have a case. you were much better off escalating to supervisors and going higher and nicely asking for your money back, instead it seems that you jumped the gun got really pissed off and threatened to go to court.

we also toured with Chrystelle back in 2013 maybe, she was terrific and one of the best tour we have ever done.

I hope that you did complain to the excursion's manager and got some of your money back, that tour is not cheap.
