  1. The email address depends on where you live. For a full list see here….
  2. I agree. At current exchange rates the sterling rate should be around £200. However it was increased to £150 from £125 some time ago - circa 10 years ago. It may happen again but there again maybe not. Brian
  3. Address is not required. From P&zoo website………….. Proof provided must include your full name, the number of carnival shares held and must be dated within the last 3 months. Dont forget to include your cruise booking reference Brian
  4. No need for that. Just log in to your HL account and download your current statement in PDF format. This is proof of your share holding. Just blank out any non relevant items Brian
  5. There is no form to fill in. You just need to provide the relevant information in an email. All the information you need is here. https://ask.completecruisesolution.com/help/ext/PO/why-book-with-us/more-info-share-holder Brian

  7. I applied direct to P&O for my shareholder benefit last Thursday 10 Nov for a cruise at the end of Feb. Today (14 Nov) I had an email confirming the benefit has been applied. Brian
  8. On the P&O website there are also flights to Birmingham and Manchester for an additional £50. I would suggest Manchester as you can then get a train from the airport to Scotland. Brian
  9. CARNIVAL EXPECTING Q4 LOSS, SHARES SINK This is an old statement dated 30 Sep. Current price is 697p Brian
  10. Extract from P&O website which is self explanatory. Please be aware that to apply your shareholder benefits to a booking these must only be sent to us after the balance due date of 90 days prior to departure, and no later than 21 days prior to departure. Any late bookings made within the 21 days will not be eligible for shareholder benefits Brian
  11. Log on to your HL account then select Fund & Share account (or whichever account you hold them in) At the bottom you will see “PDF version” This gives you a simpler statement of you account. You need to blank out anything not relevant using a PDF editor. Google to find a free one. Once you are happy you can save the file and attach it to your application Brian
  12. Totally agree. Why introduce a third party in the communication. You still have provide the same information to your broker as you would to your cruise company. Brian
  13. You can book your cruise either direct with P&O or with a travel agent. Makes no difference. You just need your cruise booking reference. Brian
  14. But why risk rejection when you could just as easily submit a current up to date statement or do you have share certificate. If so you just need to submit the share certificate number which P&O can check on the share register. Brian
  15. A contract note details the price and quantity of shares at the time of purchase. It does not prove that you still own the shares. Any documentation to prove ownership should be dated within three months of your application. This link gives you all the information you need. https://ask.completecruisesolution.com/help/ext/PO/why-book-with-us/more-info-share-holder If you own the shares in a HL nominee account, you can download a PDF file which shows your current holding. Brian
  16. Proof of purchase does not confirm that you still own the shares. On your HL account you will see “PDF version” at the bottom. Click on this and it will give all your holdings at the current date. Blank out any non relevant items and then you can attach it to your email. Brian
  17. Don’t understand what you are saying. £150 with P&O is approx $165 at current exchange rate. Brian
  18. Yes, available for all bookings. The amount varies according to the length of the cruise. Brian
  19. This is the US dollar price. The London closing price was £5.818. A fall of 21.25% on the day. Brian
  20. I had a text today supposedly from Evri saying that my parcel has an unpaid shipping fee of £1.45 pay now. Failure will result in my parcel being returned to sender. Yeh really Brian
  21. A few? Well £16 actually. Brian
