Sept 2023, Westbound on Regal. We were able to facetime with our Grandkids whenever we wanted. A few glitches but otherwise very good. Streaming services always worked. Very satisfied.

Just brought on a 5lb bag of Turkish Pistachio nuts. My favorite.

Menu must of changed in April. Ours was different also.

On the Majestic now. Have my Firestick plugged in and set to go. Only problem is when I go to put in my birth month to connect to internet all I get is a shaded box with Month and the checkmark next to it. I cant select a month. I can put in all other info, cabin number, day and year of birth. Any ideas?

Formal Night last night and I was over dressed with a dress shirt and tie. Next time I'll just wear my formal Aloha shirt. Shorts were the only thing turned away, think they got sent down to the Allegro Dining room.

Or bags were scanned in Sydney due to declaring some snacks. We both had plastic zip up bags with our prescription meds in them and 2 zip lock bags filled with 40days full of supplements. Not a word was said.

Boarded yesterday, here's a few observations: Got a Uber XL from Darling Harbor at 1000. Needed bigger Uber as wife almost bought out Haymarket getting Grandkids stuff Easter Sunday and was surprised not too much traffic. Bag check in easy and quick. Was informed wedding party to board first so headed off to get cup of coffee. Saw that boarding had started and headed to the line. Once inside, they just put you in whatever line they want. Have no idea what Priority was. Got to counter and took pictures and checked passports. Agent said she'd go get our Medallions, both my wife and I had ours around our necks, Oops. Orderly flow through security and on to ship. Was onboard by 1045. Actually very easy and was quick even though it seemed unorganised. We were able to put a few things in safe and off for first of many beers. Met dining room manager and secured a nice table for 2 for all 40 days Room fully ready by 1145. Today dark and showers on the horizon. Can't get my Firestick to accept all of the log in info for March Madness.

We arrived on Good Friday into Sydney. Just wondering what the "Holiday Surcharge" is. Does this go to the workers that have to work the holiday? Boarding today Easter Sunday.

Spent a 1/2hr this am waiting for Starbucks to open right below the Meriton Suites. Yelp lied, they open at 0700 and not 0630. Pretty quiet streets at that time of the morning.

Hope the Liquor stores don't take a Holiday today. We board tomm for a 10day Queensland cruise on Easter Sunday.

We used Uber to get to our hotel in Darling Harbor. Short walk after leaving arrivals hall and good signage leading you there.

Mahalo for the tip. Handed the picture I had to the customs agent and she said "Oh I thought you very declaring this picture". Bags scanned, nothing opened very easy.

We leave tomm night as we sail on the 10day before this one. We preselected the Spicy Chicken Curry for the flight. Will let you know if we made the right choice.

We leave tomm night to start our trip on the 31st for a 10day Queensland Cruise prior to the 30day to Vancouver. My wife looked up some of the entertainment and she mentioned Fiero,Fantastic Journey,and Encore as the production shows. Too lazy to look ahead on the next voyage.

We'll be on the Majestic for 40 days starting Sunday. We chose the Symphony dining room as it's the one we had on both the Royal and Regal. The Concerto dining room is where the Reserve Class have their tables so that limits the amount of regular dining tables. The Allegro dining room is at the rear of the ship and only accessible by elevator or stairs. Can be a pain. Always had friendly wait staff no matter what dining room or ship we've been on. I'll check back and report on the Majestic.

60 days. I prefer to book myself online rather than have my agent do it. I do use a big TA so I feel I can do a better job getting what I want right away. He then takes my booking and either re-fares it to his agency price or adds on extras. I find it's easier to contact my agent or the agencies help desk that talk to a Princess res person who's usually clueless.

We got the email on the 13th that our Medallions were being shipped out of Carson. We got them at our Long Beach house on the 16th.

Earlier I decided to take the nuts along with a low sugar snack my wife likes and took pictures of them and made sure they were in a convenient place in one case for inspection. Good to hear it might be well received.

My Mom always liked the twin bed set up as she could afternoon nap in one bed and still have a clean made bed for nightime.
