I guess the Prima CD was correct that they don't book comedians on non US sailings as the show we went to on Prima TA out of Europe was not funny at all.
We've had that since 2015 on several ships. I'm a big boy and know what I can eat. I did negotiate a app instead of a dessert once. I guess an extra ladle of soup from the big vat vs having one in buffet is a big cost.
That was even in contradiction to terms at the time. Must have been some behind the scenes order. Not even a 'hello', just limits spelled out. Classy. And several folks here defended it.
The swift is a separate thing from room service. Saw it on ship's TV last fall.
Not free for Haven but room service is.
Free booze for Owners Suites and higher along with sodas and waters.
I think your handle has already decided.
We did 11 day TA on Prima in September. It was the northern route. One port canceled. Cool and wet. Full disclosure we were in Haven.
I thought it was great. Time to get away for the most part of life at home.
It went too fast. They kept changing shows and times around which was a pain but it was new ship. Planned to do carts, never did.
We had a great time if nothing less than bar and restaurant options.
When was last time Dawn or Star to Alaska? Where did I say other lines doing it?
I was on Star to Alaska and the front lounge was a snore fest with ten people during the day. Even I'll throw NCL a bone on their decision to make the change. At prime locations they opened up the crew pool area for guests. The ship was never overly crowded because of this. I have too frequently seen guests camp out in the buffet for window seats on both ships with and without a front lounge.
POA commands higher prices across the board. Suites even more. POA has a watered down suite experience compared to other ships namely no b or l from Cagney's in room. Only real benefit for a suite is breakfast or lunch (most likely not on ship for lunch) at Cagneys. It is a very port intensive trip.
Prime advice, don't believe what is on the internet. Yet we've had, and others have posted pictures, sliced deli turkey in Haven for breakfast at the mini buffet. Unless that was in Area 51.
The above is a cut and paste most likely. In reality, different going back 14 years. Yes three bottles for OS and higher, more for GV. Champagne, no, they have cheapened out on that for years. Water, they usually ask still or sparking but generally both. Last trip we had pelligrino, acqua and box waters. Sodas usually pretty good about what you want.
Never heard of it. I can say on Prima in Haven there were books everywhere. Lounge had tons. Our room must of had 15, mostly thick with pictures which is up my alley.
Yes. There used to be the option if you didn't have an account or didn't know your account number you could put in reservation number from a trip and it bring up info including past trips.
