  1. We got the same deal last Dec. Booked Reflection for this year and got $200 off, Drink Pkg, $300 ship board credit. Then we transfered booking to TA and got Gratuities plus a free Spec. Restaurant ! It works well if you know how to work it !

  2. If you wait the one problem you could have is getting the time you want for that venue. Murano is the most popular and usually goes fast for the better times. You have to remember that they book these times 7 to 8 months out. Their are deals to be had when you get on but it all depends on the booking in each restaurant. I payed regular price for Muranos and got the times I wanted and use the discount for another venues. It worked out fine last year and did the same for the next cruise.

  3. We will be there in Dec again. The great part about our cruise is that its a 10 day with overnight in St. Marrten . The first day we will also have 6 ships and the 2nd 3 . We are the last to dock at 10 a.m. so we will have all day and night to do what we want without worrying about being back the first day! The port handles a lot of ships and people very well !

  4. We stayed at the Hyatt before and it was great. We had dinner the night before at the Outback which is right next door and there is a shopping center a block over which has a lot of different stores. There is a great place to eat called "Duffys" which has a great patio to eat outside if you want. We used Lyft to the dock for $6 plus tip. I liked to use them because we do not have to do the "stopping at every ship " before ours thing. We are doing this all over in Dec this year ! Have a great time! Bob

  5. Thanks for the replies! How did you get the $132/night? We need a room for 3/22/18 and it is $259! I have reserved the rooms we need (10) at Homewood Suites for $208 but will keep looking for a better deal as the time gets closer.

This difference is time of year !

  6. I noticed last night that the Reflection and the Silhouette are doing the same cruise on Dec 8th out of Ft. Lauderdale for the Southern Caribbean . The only difference is that the Reflection { 10 day ] stays over night in St. Maarten and the Silhouette [ 9 day } heads home. Other than that they are together in every port with each other. I never recall seeing something like that before. I also noticed that there will be 8 ships in St. Marrten on Dec 18th. Thank god I already plan the port schedule for us since we are there for two days ! Bob & Donna

  7. We sailed last Dec 3 on the Reflection and loved it. We are booked on the Dec 8 also this year on a A1 Aqua class for a A2 price . We booked it on board last year and got a great price plus a lot of extras. The price is about $1600 more right now. We have been sailing the first 2 weeks in Dec for the last 5 years and have never had bad weather and have had great times. Air travel is not bad at all at that time. I believe the 10 days southern is a big reason why this ship is selling so well ! I would not wait to much longer ! Hope to see you on board! Bob

  8. We are on the same cruise on the 8th . Was on Refelction this past Dec doing the western and did not come close to southern ports as far as we are concerned. We have done 10 day a few times and love the 2-day going and 2-day returning because it gives you time to wine down beforew and after! See you on the cruise Bob & Donna
