Love the elite lounge and the light appetizers. I always go grab some to take back to the room. Having it in skywalkers makes it so so nice. Hollywood conservancy on the majestic was super nice too. Vista lounge = meh

Really want to do a Japan cruise at some point. If for some reason the season gets pushed though I would no be opposed to hopping on one of the 7 day mini sea of Cortez runs it is doing right now. Timing just does t work out with our Discovery Princess cruise in January. Would need one in March timeframe to work with time off.

It’s always show up, scan, walk on (if elite). Never had an issue boarding

While most of the ship goes to bed at 10, there are places that keep going pretty late. Love the ships late in the evening when everyone's already sleeping

As someone who grew up on Princess cruises I have carried my love for them into my adulthood and will pass it down as well. I think RCL and NCL with all their gimmicks is cheesy.

Me and my fiancé do not have Global Entry and we had the same facial recognition. As far as the Elite lounge I always make a deal with our steward to be able to sit on the balcony while he cleans rather than running downstairs to a lounge. We enjoyed the balcony for an extra 45 minutes and walked off at 9:15 and got our bags

Not trying to hijack but also back from this cruise and thought I'd leave my mini review here, might post a larger one tomorrow: Itinerary: This 10 day up to the Sea of Cortez has been a long time favorite. I really wished Princess would offer it more than they do (there is really nothing on Princess other than a trip on the horrible Crown until April 2024 on the Diamond). Considering doing Holland America for next fall when the water is warm like it was for us. We honestly had the best time together exploring off the path in Loreto and La Paz The Sapphire: 100% my favorite ship in the fleet. The condition of the ship, the venues, the crew, everything was perfect. Of the 23 Princess cruises I have been on (6 on the Sapphire alone) I will say this one was one of the best. For my fiancé she was blown off her feet with everything onboard (this is her 4th Princess cruise). It is kind of sad that we aren't as excited for our January cruise on the Discovery now that we had such an amazing experience together onboard the Sapphire, since we were already on the Discovery in April 2022. Our cabin D705 had 0 issues the entire cruise. AC was perfect, hot and cold water were as expected. Loved it. Major kudos the Captain, crew, and everyone involved in getting this ship back in service, you all did a stunning job. And yes I was the guy in the Alien costume that everyone wanted pictures with. So much energy on Halloween thank you all!

In Jan and April Berth 92 boarding was show up at 10:30 and on the ship by 11:15 with Elite boarding no issue. I'll see how Berth 93 is tomorrow when I board the Sapphire
