Mine was a 661 area code too but dial back goes to main menu. Maybe I wait it out on hold then but its the normal "hold for navigator" dialog if you don't press anything

Called it back and it went straight to the main customer support menu, asking if I was a travel agent, etc

How far before the cruise did you receive the call. Woke up this morning with a missed call from the regular customer support line with not voicemail but calling back its the standard menu system. No message. Just curious if I should pursue or not. We leave on the 25th

Went on the Sapphire in Oct and we had 0 issues and was by far the best cruise of the year that we have gone on since the restart. Will be back on her for Alaska in May 2024

As long as the app actually works and picks up the upgrade to plus for me and my fiancé. Sounds like then they are just billing the Plus upgrade to the room as a standard charge

I’ve seen it back and forth but is there 100% confirmation on using OBC. CA costal cruise in march I have a large chunk of obc so would be going straight to passenger services when we board to upgrade and use the OBC as discount

Had to do this for our New England cruise in Oct. Fare had gone down substantially but a refare not as large. Did a completely different booking and got the difference. Only weird piece was had to do another FCD while onboard to do it since they couldn't just transfer it like my CVP would do.

Wifi calling works fine on all the ships we've been on since the restart

This is part of the reason we chose the Sapphire for May 2024. Only ship with a Skywalkers still and an indoor pool. Majestic is nice as well because of the Hollywood pool but I'll take a ship with Skywalkers first.

Depends on the cruise and ship. Nothing super important will run out but on the sapphire in Oct on 10 day for example they ran out of standard size water bottles and were giving out the large ones instead -

I think it’s mostly sorted now. While we were on the broken ship cruises last May every report I’ve seen since about august has been it’s been improved. Personally I will avoid that ship in the future but that’s just me. Chose the Sapphire for Alaska in 2024 instead
