You have to make a booking using the free nights within a year of reaching a level - here’s the quote from the website FAQs. Complimentary nights must be used on a new booking made within 12 months following the sailing when the new level was reached.

Yes we also got the booking onboard OBC of $300 and another $700 that was part of the promotion when we booked

They ask you to use their detergent, not your own. You can also hang clothes on the line that is in the shower. I wash some delicate things by hand and hang them in there to drip as well as our swimming things.

Not sure how ours was worked out. Perhaps the price with discounts & free nights was calculated on a Verandah, then the difference between a veranda and. CC Suite added. We were certainly able to book a CCSuite and use our 6 free nights, even though we usually book an OV or a Veranda.

You can use them on any booking. We got them plus the prevailing promotion when we booked in February. We booked an 11 night cruise. The discounts, including the free nights, the current promotion and the onboard booking discount all came off the price without port fees, taxes etc. In all our 11 night cruise ended up about half price when the port fees and taxes were added back in. On the basis of that we opted for a CCSuite which we have never had before.

Make sure you tell Guest Relations as soon as you board, and don’t put your luggage out, take it off yourself.

Thanks - just checking, do you both get a key card holder?

Does the tote bag have a zip or is it the usual open top bag. We also wondered whether you each get a card holder for your key card. Thanks.

It seems past cruises are not generally available except ones done in the last year or so.

Would be helpful if you could post more details in the cabin upgrade topic so I can add them to the spreadsheet (cruise date, ship, etc etc). Thanks

Yes you were. In February we were able to use our free nights along with the current promotion (which included $350 OBC) and got the booking onboard OBC as well as our 6 free nights. The cruise ended up about half price. I think you need to get in touch with them If you get the cabin free for however many nights you have both have earned, then they are applying both your free nights as you both occupy the cabin!

Main things that I picked up. 1. They will continue to refurb the 4 existing ships & would like to grow but Sycamore say they can if/when they (Azamara) can find the money from revenues to do so 2. All the shower curtains have been replaced with bamboo (in material made of bamboo I imagine) 3. In 2026 they aim to have 2 ships in the area of full sun eclipse - one off Iceland & 1 in the med. 4. Free days earned through loyalty can now be combined with any/all promotions 5. They are considering how to enhance Azamara Circle benefits (questions were asked about free Wifi) 6. They are considering plans for 2027 and the west coast of US is being considered, including Alaska - clearly said they’re only considering this, no decisions made. I’m sure I’ve missed things ( and I missed the first 10 minutes as I forgot too).

Alternatively you can make sure the company know what a good job their crew member is doing. A good company will note that and reward crew who get lots of compliments accordingly.

Watercolour classes are free. There is bingo, so you can spend your OBC on that. I agree that most excursions are overpriced, on the other can you can view them as ‘free’ if you’re using OBC on them. When we have a lot of OBC we tend to use it on excursions as it saves us using our own money to buy independent tours.

If you sign into your account and go into Manage My Reservation on your upcoming cruise, the options available to buy are their under AddOns - click the paper/pencil icon on the right. If you want to use OBC you should ring up.

Try logging into your account, clicking on Upcoming Cruises, then on Manage my Reservation for your cruise, then scroll down to excursions click on the paper/pencil icon then on the Available tab. Clicking on details for each excursion should show the price.
