  1. Recently we’ve found check-in opened at about 12:30
  2. You’re right, no Drawing Room on Onward and it won’t be in the Atlas Bar!
  3. Never seen it written down and it seems to change regularly
  4. Did you look at your on-line account to see what that shows. When I click on Upcoming cruises in my online account it shows OBC Total and Remaining for my booked cruise That total matches the total shown in Add Ons after I click on Manage my Reservation and is exactly what I thought I have.
  5. I’d be interested to hear if anyone else uses the Android Seaware app - it sound useful.
  6. On our last cruise I had a word with the Hotel Director as soon as we boarded, having seen the time of the event (which was straight after sailing and was in one side of the Living Room). She made sure there were plenty of drinks available and attended herself along with a few other officers. I also did the same thing on my previous cruise, this time talking to both the hotel & cruise director. On that occasion the Cruise Director attended. That event (which Mackdogmolly was at too) was in the Drawing Room also just after sailing. I agree with Mackdogmolly that someone on the roll-call needs to remind people to check the programme as soon as they get onboard so they know when it is.
  7. That’s interesting. Unfortunately we have all Apple devices so can’t try this app. It’s not available in the Apple Store. Was the zero costed transfer also offered on the website version of your account?
  8. Like you I would be very cautious about transferring my booking to a TA I’d never used before
  9. However the P & O ship that was nearer the port gate had a shuttle!
  10. We didn’t have one in Tenerife either and it is a long walk.
  11. There are some generic luggage tags on the Azamara website - top left menu, Booked Guests, then Before You Board, then Packing Tips and Luggage Labels.
  12. If you have everything written out in the confirmation from your travel agent, you have a contract with them and they have to make sure you get what is in your confirmation.
  13. I’ve found her very responsive. I emailed her about a problem excursion on our last cruise. I’d emailed customer relations several times and got nowhere. Erin responded within 24 hours and resolved the issue within a week.
  14. Did you have an invoice setting out what you had paid for, or take a screen shot showing it as an add-on in your account?
  15. I think this applies to cruises booked onboard, rather than being a general ruling.
  16. In 13 cruises with Azamara we’ve never had anything other than a glass or two of wine or a cocktail plus canapés or small snacks in our Azamazing evenings ashore. We’ve had one truly memorable evening in Bangkok, one in a lovely setting (theatre in Ravenna where we had no food or drink), one in Wadi Rum (lovely setting but very repetitive performance) & one in a beautiful mountain village (had to be finished early as it got very cold after sunset). The rest were OK, but mostly in tents at the back of hotels. One of the best shows we’ve had was the recent onboard event in Walvis Bay where the show was outstanding!
  17. It’s still sweet, just sweetened with sugar substitute.
  18. I just emailed Dondra suggesting they reinstate this role.
  19. My guess is that even if they do have Royal Club, they’ll have Schweppes sugar free tonic as well, just make sure you ask for it.
  20. Our fairly large hard shell suitcases go under the bed easily.
  21. Our September Onward cruise has the Gibraltar Azamazing evening ashore in the main square there.
  22. Azamara used to have a Chief Blogging Officer. Just before COVID this was Bonnie McLaird who was terrific.
  23. Too early to know for anyone who’s posted here.
