  1. It’s apparently linked to your passport so that’s why they don’t need to actually see the code.
  2. We’re expecting our adult kids and our granddaughter in a few weeks from NZ. They know about the arrivecan app and I’ve warned them about the random testing..if they get selected where will they have to test? They arrive in Vancouver and have a connecting flight to Pearson which arrives just after midnight. Not a lot of time at YVR to test, will they have to test in Toronto offsite somewhere before we can pick them up or do they test when we get them home to Kingston? Keeping my fingers crossed the testing will be delayed again, until the end of July, after they arrive. Anyone know the process for connecting arrivals?
  3. Could be that they knew there were two members in the cabin that have earned a bag each so it doesn’t matter what name is on it or maybe you got lucky? Before earning Elite status we’ve only noticed a discounted bag on longer itineraries but also got a free bag when doing a B2B. That was super appreciated!
  4. The cost of the session includes a finished product of your choosing among a select set..if you want something larger you pay the extra.
  5. Thanks for reporting back…we’re on Eclipse in September. Glad you had a great time and excellent weather as well! Question, did you notice if there was any Villa Maria Sauvignon blanc onboard? Also curious whether you self tested when you experienced symptoms? Hope you have minimal symptoms now and recover quickly. We are also vaxxed and boosted but aware that the shots don’t keep us from contracting Covid but only to hopefully keep the symptoms minimal.
  6. As far as I know if you cancel onboard you don’t get a refund but rather obc. Keep in mind on Reflection you also have the Lawn Club Grill as well as the Porch for dining venues. Maybe you could try there to use up some obc. Enjoy your cruise whatever you decide!
  7. Glad you are enjoying your cruise and thank you for taking the time to do this live posting. If you have a chance can you find out if there’s any NZ Sauvignon Blanc on the ship? Usually it’s Villa Maria they carry but there’s been supply issues. We’re on in Sept and it’s my go to wine. Thank you!
  8. You absolutely can use the obc from Elevate for excursions or onboard purchases. I’ve already used some of mine for dining reservations as well as a hot glass class on our upcoming cruise. You should see the amount on your cruise planner.
