I was under the impression that the Elevate package doesn’t include an upgrade of the wifi to streaming. Thought you needed the Indulge package for that. 🤷‍♀️

Think you might be on same cruise as us…Eclipse 11 night? Ok, so testing…you can test anytime on the 9th or 10th. Arrivecan: you’ll need to submit prior to arrival in Vancouver and then once there you’ll need to do a second submission prior to boarding the cruise. For that one you’ll put Victoria as your point of entry to Canada. On the app it’s listed as Ogden Point A and B.

Prob because they couldn’t just leave with the fuel barge alongside. Otherwise I’m sure Eclipse would’ve been long gone.

Thanks for posting this…the turtle is what I’m hoping to make as well. Did you have to pay extra for it or was it included in the price you paid for the class? I understand some of the larger pieces are an up charge.

Could you do your RAT test on the 5th prior to your flight to Canada? Not sure when your flight leaves…

I’ve had the exact same issue as OP…sailing on Eclipse Sept 11 and have competed checkin and express passes are in my wallet. Got the same folio statement on the app as the OP too. Called in this morning to Celebrity and rep told me it’s a known issue with Eclipse and Infinity because they haven’t been fully revolutionized yet 🤷‍♀️ My husband sees our reservations in the app on his phone even tho I’m the one that made all the reservations on my phone lol. The rep did send me an email with all our reservations and purchases listed and says it’s all in our account so we’re fine and there’s nothing more Celebrity can do. Very frustrating tho. I have tried deleting the app and reinstalling but that didn’t help either. Maybe once I’m onboard it’ll suddenly work 🤔

I have Elevate on my upcoming cruise and while it does have the upgrade to Premium beverage it still says the wifi is the basic package. You might want to check your details. We got obc with elevate, perhaps they’re now subbing that for the upgraded wifi?🤷‍♀️

I’m on the Eclipse Sept 11…I’m def going to try it and see what happens. Will report back my results. I’m so used to shopping at home and only carrying my phone. Loyalty cards, credit and debit cards all in one place. So easy. I will carry my seapass card just in case 🤔🤞

It’s the same price if you don’t have any loyalty with Celebrity, otherwise you need to call precruise to get the captains club discount on the upgrade. The service charge is only added to those who are paying out of package. Also, the goodies in the cabinet are free and you don’t need to order a beverage to enjoy them!

That didn’t really answer the OPs question, and I’d be interested in the answer as well…kind of like having your seapass on your phone in your Apple wallet type thing? I’m often digging around to find my card whereas my phone is always within easy reach.

I’m sure someone will correct me if wrong however I don’t believe you need to submit a second time to arrivecan as you are boarding in Canada and not returning to Canada. So long as your stop in Victoria is immediately after leaving Vancouver you haven’t left Canada. If you were to sail Vancouver to Seattle to Victoria before heading to LA then different story and you would need a new Arrivecan submission. Very confusing I understand. Otherwise your plan sounds right.

Think you might be misunderstanding the gratuities in your promo code…that’s the gratuities on your classic bev package, not the gratuities for room steward and dining staff which was charged to your cabin account.
