  1. We just got home from our June 3rd cruise on Millie. We were in a sky suite. We really enjoyed our sailing. What can I say, someone is making my bed and cooking my dinner. Life is Good!!!!
  2. Looking on line at the seating in Blu on Millie. It looks like Blu holds 86 people.
  3. Solstice class ships had to be modified to fit under Lions Gate Bridge in Vancouver. Solstice was to tall. Can Edge fit under the Lions Gate Bridge? Did Celebrity learn from the Solstice build? Quantum of the Seas sails from Seattle, so Edge class should not be a problem.
  4. We were on the June 3 sailing out of Seward on Millie and masks were required in the theater and casino.
  5. Mer Soleil is my favorite wine while sailing. I asked for Mer Soleil at lunch day one on Millie this month in Luminae. I was told they changed distributor and no more Mer Soleil. Not sure if this is true or just the line I was given. I still got premium wine. The next evening the sommelier had found 3 bottles of Mer Soleil. Might bring 2 bottles of Mer Soleil on our next cruise in Sept.
  6. I like the M Class for Asia and Alaska. If in the Med I like the S Class ships. I do like the glassblowing. Our next cruise is on Solstice.
  7. We are on Millie now. Docking in Vancouver tomorrow. We have about 1400 guests on board. The captain did make an announcement on day 4 that we have covid cases on board. We were asked to wear masks in the theater and in the casino, but that was from the start of the cruise. It has been a really nice cruise.
  8. Sugar free strawberry ice cream is my favorite.
  9. While we have not stayed in the Aft Aqua cabins. We stayed in 1116. Elevator down to Blu, aft outside stairs down to Sunset Bar and right into Oceanview Cafe. We do enjoy the location, great for bring snacks and drinks back to the balcony.
  10. We have been on Millie last Oct in Aqua and next week we will be in a Sky Suite. I'll take any Celebrity M or S ships over any E Class ships. I think you need to check out the post below.
  11. It has been awhile since I was in Charleston. Pearlz Oyster Bar 153 E Bay St, Charleston, SC is my favorite restaurant.
  12. Leaving out of Canada Place cruise terminal to a US state you must go through Canadian and US customs before checking into your cruise. Our next cruise is on Millie next month out of Seward to Vancouver. Our 1st time leaving out of Seward.
  13. I can always find something to drink on either package. We mostly book suites with premium package. Last Oct we booked Aqua and we have another Aqua booked with family in Nov. We uses our elite plus discount to upgrade before the cruise. DH likes Mango Grey Goose and I like Mer Soleil $14 a glass. If just look at the numbers for myself. 2 glasses of wine with lunch and 3 with dinner. The difference is $5.00 per glass of wine times 5 is $25 a day. Seems like a no brainer for me.
  14. We have Sept booked for Solstice out of Seattle. I love the S-Class ships. Yes the size is a little bigger. If you want a "revolutionized" ship look at Celebrity Millennium out of Vancouver to Seward. It is a smaller ship and has been revolutionized. We are on the June 3 sailing out of Seward and was on Millie last Oct out of Seattle. Millie is in great shape.
  15. From the menu "Only beverages on this menu are complimentary" Red Bull or Energy Drink are not listed.
  16. What does RB being on the premium drink package have to do with captains club happy hour. RB classifies itself as a Energy Drink.
  17. Do you think that red bull is a soda, juice or bottled water? I think of RB as a Energy Drink. Energy Drink is not listed, but you can always ask.
  18. My DH does not like seafood either, but will eat lobster bisque and a wrap non seafood. You can see the wrap in my photo #3, right hand corner.

  20. The Porch is my favorite restaurant on Celebrity for lunch.
  21. Picture is old. I dont know of you can see the prices, but here are items you can make. We have 2 cruises booked on Solstice later this year. Cant wait to do more glassblowing.
