On any RCI ship we've been on if there was any problem with our cabin the Hotel Director has come by personally. We had a sewage smell recently on Jewel and he came by often to check on us. Same with recently on Explorer a lighting problem and he also came personally. We've been very impressed with the attention to detail our cabin stewards have had on passing concerns not only to the Hotel Director but our SL concierge as well. Also we were offered a nice FCC $$ for the inconvenience we had on Jewel. WOW didn't even ask for it !!

I believe if it's weather related they may not. Sometimes we've gotten them as an OBC to our folio sometimes not...so this can vary.

My recent suite deposit was $250.00 pp. 7 night or 9 night You can do a refundable but the price difference..Yikes. Less the $100.00 pp change fee you can certainly apply the balance of deposit to another cruise.

Too bad the buffet on Celebrity ships are great. We stay in suites and only eat at the buffet.

No noise from elevators as they are separated by a wall. This area is a great location.

We're in our mid 70's no letter needed and we've done 7 cruises this year. Agree this was mentioned at the beginning of Covid.

Have you considered RCI...they have some great two bedrooms GS category. Just did Harmony (Oasis class ships) so much for kids to do on these. Just another line to consider.

Has never been an issue when I have 4 cabins booked. Can access them all on my cruise planner. No TA used. I own the bookings so I can manage what needs to be done.

On our Harmony this past April the show times varied they even had an afternoon 3:00pm showing of Grease...check your Cruise Compass. You'll have no trouble getting into shows...just show up early.

Our SL bartender made amazing watermelon lemonade for our young grand sons. During regular hours when SL doesn't serve drinks they used their D+ vouchers for soda, smoothies & milkshakes.

Regardless of itinerary fleetwide for RCI.

Cosol knows when the ship docks and they will wait a certain amount of time for those that booked with them...Enjoy their tours are amazing !!!

I believe we paid about $18.00..taxi's are in front of the hotel they'll hail one for you..yes use cash.

Last month we did self assist off Serenade at 7:45am and had plenty of time before our noon flight. We had private transportation (our extended family of 6) waiting for us at the curb in front of the Pan Pacific Hotel. Easy to take the elevator up to the hotel lobby convention area and out the door.

Just finished our 7th one this year and have 3 for 2023 and 2 for 2024...so far

When we were there in 2019 we booked a private tour with Santorini Travel Tours it included a jet boat from the dock then a bus up to Oia then on to Fira we then took the cable car down...much easier than we thought. This was a great roll call tour some went on to a winery once we got to Fira but we decided to spen that time in Fira instead...good decision for us as we aren't wine drinkers and had no interest in the winery.

Check your rollcall also to possibly join in on a private tour.

Our Silver Medallion & flying DL One did for us and your Silver/Comfort + should be for you I'm pretty sure..just check the signage and your boarding pass. You should have no trouble with your 1:00pm flight but I would either do self assist if you can otherwise be in the first group. We were off a cruise there as I've posted on this thread this past July. It was extremely easy to do self assist as we walked off and got one of the first taxi's...no lines at all. Easy checkin at the DL counter again no line. Really no need to pre-arrange a taxi so many are lined up and it will probably be quicker than finding the pre-arrange one. Flying back to the US was certainly easier than our experience arriving at AMS when it was a mess and the reason I booked us a 2:30pm return. As it worked out we could have easily done an earlier flight home but better to be safe. There's a great lounge for DL/KLM if you possibly have access.

This itinerary looks amazing we're booked with Celebrity Hawaii-Vancouver for May 2023.

We love the Oasis, Freedom and Voyager class ship...never feel crowded. We'll see if we feel the same about ICON when we sail on her May 2024.

Always the least expensive way to go...one user multiple devices.

Oh how I wish my Celebrity points would contribute to my RCI points....but I know that's never going to happen. Am D+ on RCI and since everything is included with our booked suites on X I don't see much value to their recognition.

We love the shopping at the Central Market/Mercado in Mazatlan. Take a local taxi at the port very quick and easy to do. After you shop go to the Panama Bakery/Restaurant just around the corner...ask and a local will point you in the right direction. When you're ready to go back to the ship just flag down a taxi. This is all very safe and easy to do. We were just there first of the year. At your other two ports (just at those on our Panama Canal itinerary this month) take a shuttle taxi at the Puerto Vallarta port to the beginning of the pedestrian Malecon..lots of shopping but be sure to go all the way to the bridge and go down the steps to lots of stalls for some more great shopping. Again when you're ready to return go a block behind the Malecon (one way traffic) and grab a local taxi. Cabo just get off the tender and walk into town no transportation necessary and lots of street stores. Taxi USD $10.00 for the two of us one way at both ports. Ask price before getting in the local ones off the street . The shuttle at the Puerto Vallarta port holds about 8 people and is a set price they'll be many of them lined up and they do one drop off very close to the beginning of the Malecon. Please don't do an excursion just to shop at these easy do it yourself ports !!!! Enjoy... we'll be back to the Mexican Riviera in January on another cruise.
