I looked up my booking online on the web and what I posted is what it shows. It looks like they have you assigned to early dining but I thought it was posted previously that they really do not have an early or late dining. I would go into your booking online and try to change to select and then go in and make reservations for everyone together.

It might be if they have put you in specific dining instead of Select time. You can check your reservation and it might let you change to select or you may have to call and have it changed. Then you should be able to make reservations online.

Have you checked on that? I do not think if you stay on the exact sailing and just want to downgrade your cabin category that there is any penalty.

Yes but from what I have heard you can order the featured dish from any of the other restaurants.

I like French 75 but with cognac instead of gin.

I have seen people post that they were able to get it 50% off but I am sure that is not often. Watch for the Black Friday sale, I have heard that is usually the best one.

Look at the current upgrade price. As I posted above when I add the current upgrade it still adds the 20% tips, so not sure there is actually a price increase.

Not sure you can board another cruise from Aruba but you may be able to disembark in Aruba and fly home. You would have to get permission to do this from the cruiseline. I have not done this in the Caribbean but I have done this in Asia and Europe. Also we did have someone join our cruise in Asia at a later port and not the 1st port, but again that required preapproval.

You could see if they offer any bids to upgrade to the Aqua Sky Class suite, then you will have both options for dining.

I thought even currently the upgrade package prices of $20 was before tips were added. I have a cruise booked for next year and my upgrade package is $20 (on sale for 18.99) but when it is added to the cart the additional tips are added. So if it were not on sale it would still be $24 pp.

It also depends on if you can get the add on's during a good flash sale. During the Memorial day flash sale the beverage packages were 50% off.

From everything I have seen the CS butlers have not changed. You should have a dedicated butler as in the past. Only Sky suites have had a change in the dedicated butler.

We are actually already booked on Millie and depart this October. I am still looking forward to the cruise because we are in a SS and at least will have different food options. Plus to be honest for this itinerary I am not as concerned about the ship. But I have also have 2 cruises booked next year on Ascent and will be keeping an eye on the reviews.

You can try deleting the app and downloading it again and see if that does anything.

You can look on the app at any ships current sailing and see what is offered each night.

I never said those memories or positive experiences are a waste, nor did I mention anything about it being anyone's fault. My issue is if I am looking for reviews to make a decision I want recent reviews. I feel like this thread is a bit of a poke at the other posts with recent negative experiences, maybe I am just taking it wrong? Even now as I have been planning my Japan cruise and looking at tours, I do not look at any reviews prior to covid because so much has changed. Sorry but if I am going to be spending a lot of money I want to be as up to date and informed as possible.

I'm sorry but not sure what good it is to get reviews of cruises 20 years ago. The issue with all the negative posts recently is the fact that recently, Celebrity has been making what are seen as negative changes. I have cruised Celebrity for many years and always loved them but I am concerned with some of the changes. Specifically the new menus, sorry they do not look like anything close to past Celebrity standards.

Any information you get now will be pre-covid. I do not think Celebrity starts until end of September. I am on a Japan sailing in October with Kochi stop, I will try to remember to post what the options are. We are doing that stop DYI.
