I saw a YouTube video of somebody on the Icon, and after you push the button, it displays A-F (or however many elevators there were). You walk over to that elevator, which is marked on the outside and wait for it. There are no buttons on the inside of the cars. I sure you could check YouTube and see exactly how it works.

Yes, I read on roll call and Reddit post, passengers got a cancellation email. I’m wondering if they are redeploying it somewhere else.

There is only one package on Royal. Voom Surf and Stream. As mentioned, both full World cruisers and Quarter World cruises got added benefits. The 17 leg segment cruisers paid for extras. Voom usually runs $16.99-19.99ish per day, pre cruise.

I gave up trying to get pics of fast creatures. Now I just flip to video and use that.

There is no Navigator class. Maybe Voyager? The Navigator is part of that class.

And I even remember back on my first cruise (1980-Sitmar), there was no internet…hahaha You couldn’t come to a message board and ask a million questions. It was all a surprise and you learned as you went. And somehow, us oldie but goodies survived.

And one known obnoxious TikToker that had his segment comped and is the biggest drama starter will be exiting today. 👏👏

I text my daughters and grandkids all the time when I’m on cruise and they are home. All IPhones or IPads. I always have a ship Wi-Fi package, but I have never manually turned on Wi-Fi calling. Maybe it’s automatic and I never noticed. I will check next time.

Normally reservations come out the beginning of the month, prior to your sailing month. So start looking at that time, maybe a couple of days before the first.

My daughter and grandson have a scheduled flight to MCO on the 31st on a Max 9. He’s playing in the Flag Football Championship and was invited to ProBowl. I know they substituted another plane on certain days, but others they have cancelled flights. So fingers crossed he’s on the different plane. UGH!

I spent the first 34 years of my life in California, and it’s funny how a lot of us are very picky about how or what you say about the places we live. And don’t ever say Frisco if talking about San Francisco…LOL Now, living in the Seattle area, it’s Pike Place Market or The Market….I have seen and heard all sorts of variations. When I go between IPhone and IPad, it just asks me if I want to switch and I say yes. Have never had to manually “logoff”. Maybe because I’m the only one using it.

Others have failed to mention that you can look at the current cruise and see daily activities. It’s a bit harder to find now, but if you click on head icon in upper right, under your cruise, it says “select a different cruise”. Scroll to bottom and where it says Don’t see your cruise, click on let’s add it now. Then scroll down to “browse our ships”….from there, it will bring up the ships. Pick yours and then pick the current date. I have noticed the Dress for the Day is usually around the 4-5pm mark. Hope this helps.

You don’t need to be linked for MTD. Just go together. They will just take each of your cabin numbers.

Will the ship be coming back from a TA? If so, it could be later. When I boarded the first time at Cape Liberty on the Jewel Greenland in Sept., earliest arrival was 12:30, because of Coast Guard inspection. If your ship isn’t, nevermind…LOL

Since they backfill early traditional, some people have even walked up at 6-6:15 and been seated. You also don’t need reservations. My daughter and granddaughter had no issue being seated early with no reservations. I think that’s easier for 2, rather than a large party.
