  1. If O'malleys is open - we are headed there, then Alfredos, then maybe a lido something - We have the Catch booked embarkation night - so a light 'anything' is in order anyway Glad to hear you are safe for now - hoping the wind doesn't shift ... wow
  2. against my will, under duress - yeah, like that will hold up
  3. #ustoo - booked Premier, before final, booked 2 specialtys we wanted, paid with card, will deal with OBC once onboard - better be refundable blah, blah, blah - we've never / always / meh
  4. Having a choice is a beautiful thing ... ❣️🥂
  5. Are you safe from the fires??
  6. Correct And 'SeaCare' was at the top of my medical center visit on REGAL P
  7. I had some great drugs and a surgeon ... 9 months later ... all good - doing everything as before - one last 'to do' will be taken care of on the SUN P in October Surgery ... 2 plates, 14 screws... in hospital recovery ... 2 weeks in facility rehab ... home with hospital bed and wheelchair ... home PT ... outpatient PT ... in between, no weightbearing, boot (this may have been the hardest thing), walker, ankle brace, etc, etc, etc you know, it's hard to get in and out of a waterbed with a fractured ankle??😉 got a nice new adjustable bed now - head and feet - highly recommend
  8. and just to add - it is very important to get a copy of the medical records and your final folio printout showing paid in full before leaving the ship ... no matter what it takes
  9. yeah, a somewhat similar experience, but not to that monetary expense - ours 'just' $1,200 bill from the medical center on board the REGAL P when I passed out on deck. We also had to settle our account before leaving the ship, even with AON/Princess insurance, and a Medicare Advantage Plan ... long story shortened, we got the $1,200 back from Medicare Advantage Plan - and AON paid for post cruise testing, follow ups for deductibles and copays Primary Doctor Weekend ER visit and Testing Cardiologist the next day (which was already scheduled). Seems like about a 3 month process from when I first started filing the forms, EOBs, etc @Host CJSKIDS kindly got me a folio printout which we were missing/misplaced/never got the email, when she was on board a later cruise. I believe our only out of pocket expense was a $28 fee for the shipboard medical record printout. But, back on point - the having to settle immediately the on board medical center account can be very problematic.
  10. So sorry about your experience, and hoping for a healthful and speedy recovery. My experience with AON/Princess when I fell 5 days before a cruise and fractured the tibia and fibula near my ankle was very easy and timely. I had all documents needed, submitted online with .pdf files and 7 days later had the direct deposit cleared in our bank account for the full cruise fares.
  11. yeah, we got a problem if our 2 specialty dinners - we booked and paid for with credit card - when we had dining credits with the Premier Package are not REFUNDABLE CREDIT, upon boarding I guess it will be refundable, but will be used first??? just put it back on our card, Princess, not OBC at all
  12. too late to edit - found a previous thread that had a menu and experience - not SUN P, but close enough unless it has majorly changed thanks
  13. I know I'm pushing it, but is there an Ultimate Balcony Dinner menu / experience?
  14. thanks - all those menus look very good with plenty to choose from - provided I can get a baked potato, loaded, extra butter 😉
  15. No excuses, of course ... but please post if this is the FIRST TIME that you have ever gotten a notification that a company has been "compromised" and certain information may have been leaked... certainly not a first for us ... we deal with it pro-actively ... and move on it's the ____________ that we have chosen to deal with in our purchases and online activities.
  16. yeah, on a typical 7 day cruise - I know, I know ... everyone on CC cruises in a Suite for a minimum of 28 days or more at a time --- don't look at $80 x 7 x 2 = $1,120 ... unless ...😈
  17. I will make a detailed spreadsheet when we cruise on the SUN P listing every single $ amount of savings or spendings difference between the PLUS and the Premier that we currently have. nah, WE'RE ON A CRUISE!!🤑 $20 per day upgrade per person over PLUS which is given we would get. 4 glasses of $4 wine upcharge (4.72) - well, 'nuff said, really and PRIZES!!
  18. same or maybe cheaper on board depending on if you have Princess / AON cruise insurance.
  19. maybe, depending on the ship and available casualty dining venues
  20. totally agree - except for our little 5 day - no-brainer premier on that on one - would have to look at a 7 day - prolly not and definitely not on anything longer. 5 day cruise - 2 specialty dinners 21 day cruise - 2 specialty dinners
  21. oh, the weekend's here ... I.T. will have a keg of beer ...🍻
  22. I hope so - can you imagine the people below in the Sanctuary - or at least part of it - with the pickleballers right above them. Good times! such a turrible design placement ...
