  1. 10/26/24 - 7 day - SUN Princess ??
  2. pre-'rona - we stayed in inside cabins about 3 or 4 down from that door and steps (about 7 or 8). Caution - those steps can get wet, the door is heavy, and there is a 'lip' of about 4 inches or so to step over at the door (keeps the water from the pool out of the hallway). It is also easy to access the pool/bar area by taking the aft stairs or elevator. We really enjoyed that location, but now opt for balconies.

The travel agent I am using checks with Princess every workday to see if I have moved up the list. If your agent is not doing this, you need a new agent.

  12. Our EXACT same situation - took an upsell to a Penthouse suite from a Balcony - little 4 day on the CB, pre-Covid. - Steward may have been new to suites ... as were we. We did get the 1st night specialty dinner 'by mistake' - the dine line called 'us', we booked, and were comped after a discussion, when seated. Had to ask for everything

  14. wasn't there a previous thread(s) about some high quality/grade beef coming soon - maybe associated with Nolan Ryan? Could this be the increase for the CG?

  16. Not a joke at all - that's how I also had to learn programming - Cobol? maybe - punch out the stack of cards, then run them thru - until the dreaded error came up. Now I heard of some people being in the college business lab, pulling out nearly completed program out of the garbage can - recreating the cards, etc, etc, etc - nah, that never happened ...

  22. Thanks. I do think it's useful to let people know they are still welcome to wear tuxes. Interesting ... I'm not sure I've even seen a single post where someone stated tuxes / formal wear were not welcome on Princess ships ... now about those shorts ...
