I noticed the same thing on an obstructed Balcony on Majestic booked in May for September. The late July "sale" price had more than doubled.

Sailing in 25 days and just got another bid offer which is much lower than previously. We like our balcony location and don't want to risk getting moved. With a past experience to a noisy location we will stay put.

HAL almost always docks at the West Berth and Volendam will be there on July 26th. If you want to wait to board there is a walkway with restaurants and great views to the west of the pier in and around the west Convention Center building. The Pan Pacific is to the east of the pier so no views of Volendam from there.

Wear what's comfortable for you. When you're eating nobody is looking at your feet.

It was in My Preferences under room but that section of the app is not working for me today. Everything else is okay.In some of the comments above others have mentioned this as well. You might want to try the online version to see if that's available there.

In the app you can request a robe pre-cruise-just did it yesterday.

We are considering booking Catch once onboard and appreciate hearing about this new restaurant. I know can phone and book now but will take my chances onboard.

We just booked a fall cruise on Majestic and would like to book a few dining times. Which dining room do you like best and why. Your opinion would be much appreciated.

I remember that and still have the paper card.

You could catch the Skytrain from Waterfront Station on Cordova(not Canada Line to the airport) to Main Street Station and the Pacific train station is across the street. There is good signage for the station when leaving Canada Place.. The trains are frequent and the trip is short. You would have to drag your luggage a block or so on either end which may be more than you want to do. The line to get taxis can be very, very long so I think that Uber is a better bet to get to the train station.

Not being able to use the app doesn't mean the tablet is old or not up to date.. The current Celebrity app is not compatible with my 6 month old up to date Chrome tablet according to google play but RCL and other cruise company apps are available. It does work on my 4 year old Android phone which I just checked so it's not necessarily an android thing.

These are not new but may not have happened for some time and tend to be at repositioning times. Years ago I went from Vancouver to Fort Lauderdale on a ship that had been in Seattle for the Alaska season and there were a number of passengers who embarked in Seattle the previous day.

Over the past few days I tried several times to find the PUPs listed under Points History. Only my past cruises were there (going back to 1996) but my points including PUPs were correct. Today I tried again and the PUPs were there. If anyone had the same experience I suggest trying again to see if your points have been updated.

Eclipse has gone roundtrip Vancouver for years and is scheduled to do so in 2023.

I agree. The trips down the rivers and docking right in the cities really added to the experience. That meant much more time for exploring.

I had the same experience hoping to book a January Mexican Riviera cruise. This is not the first time I've had this happen, something that hasn't ever happened for me on other cruise lines.

I've had the same experience on every HAL cruise going back to the early 1990s. It is always difficult to get resolved with guest services. Somehow it's never their fault.......

I have lots of tiles but I have never received a pin and , like thought they were discontinued.
