  1. Usually start the Christmas decorations just after Thanksgiving, pre Covid we usually cruised then I was typing as Iain posted
  2. Your best and only sure answer is from your travel agent or MSC. This is a new port for MSC so not many will be able to advise you.
  3. I still think a DJ not required, we cruised from Southampton last year and very few “formal wear” . The OP is travelling with teenagers so whatever makes them comfortable.
  4. This happened to friends last September, when they boarded both couples went to guest services immediately and asked about both getting upgrades. Yes they both got a sky suite 👍
  5. Hi , treat the evening chic like going to a nice restaurant , no need for a suit especially for the boys. My DH usually takes a jacket for such evening and also if it's a little cooler he has something to wear rather than a sweater. he doesn't take a tie unless he takes a suit!! The boys will be fine in trousers or nice jeans and a shirt (long or short sleeve) or a nice polo shirt. Ladies tend to wear nice dresses a little dressier than everyday wear or a glittery top and nice trousers. Hope that is helpful
  6. Then why ask the question just ring your TA or Celebrity
  7. I believe it has to be the same category as you have A1 A2 C grade etc
  8. Do Elite+ still get the 240 minutes? I am assuming we do .
  9. Hi, you need to post this on your cruise Roll Call, go to the roll call section find Celebrity then Reflection then your cruise departure date
  10. I have no experience of Move up with a baby included, but the bid is per person so would expect the OBC to be for the adults only
  11. Yes that’s what I am finding on the UK site under Flexible or Stress Free Booking for cruises booked by although our T&Cs are different.Book by 31st July and 1 free change up to March 31st 2023
  12. It seems to depend who does the match at MSC as to the level you get, at one time they said no more Diamond levels being given bur people report getting Diamond. We sent copies of Celebrity Elite + when we did ours, I would only send one of your other loyalty requests. Ours took less than a week but it was 4 years ago.
  13. I appreciate your response but people get argumentative but don’t provide any answer for the OP
  14. It doesn’t as someone has already pointed out, I was mistaken. If you can provide the answer well done👍
  15. However you comment but don't answer the OP question
  16. If you booked through a travel agent ask if you can delay payment a couple of days or ring MSC if you booked direct and ask them. I would rather not pay final if there is possibility of surgery
  17. Check this link someone has posted -information here
  18. If you go to MSC webpage under Manage Booking you will find Voyagers Club All levels and perks are listed there , just have a look
  19. When cruising with friends dinner is the one time we are assured to be together, we have cruised with 2 couples that didn’t know each other and one of the party got upset as she felt left out. We then decided to not go to dinner one night left the other 4 to eat together and it worked out like a dream👍👍😊
  20. They also started complaining about service 2/3 nights prior!!
  21. Did our first cruise 1991 and yes we had the envelopes, I think they were around till maybe early 2000's
  22. There are Splenda yellow sachet on most ships, my other half switched to it at home!
  23. Some currencies have coins or notes that are discontinued as there is a new print, if the OP has currency from 2005 this may be the case
  24. I really fail to understand why if you are happy with your other cruise line / lines did you book Celebrity without checking things out.
  25. On the Uk website Onboard Dining & drinks Drink packages Non Alcohol is one of the packages
