  1. Not that I am aware just the Voyagers discount or I believe ex military
  2. This link is from a government website in UK but gives advice on travel to 226 countries and the Italy section states updated early July but still current. Checking through this may give you an idea of requirements, I looked at Italy and it seems it will let in unvaccinated. https://www.gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice
  3. I agree --the OP posted Monday has not been back but got everyone arguing about using TA or booking direct😀
  4. I thought you got points on what you booked not the upgrade unless you paid for it.
  5. Welcome to CC There are a few threads regarding peoples problems with flights, just scroll through the titles
  6. You can test at the airport before flying, I think it is days rather than 48 hours. Other than that companies like Breathe Assured do tests where they supervise for a fee which is acceptable for travel. Other than that you will have to find somewhere in Orlando or Miami Just found this thread
  7. When you check in for the cruise you will be allocated a boarding time
  8. Hi I think your port is Ravenna, not Vienna. Just pick a time if you have Celebrity transfers don’t worry about it.
  9. Unfortunately in UK we cannot upgrade things online, the X website wants to charge the full amount for Premium Drink package even though we in RS for B2B. Something like £76 per person per day is what it just offered me! I don't want to upgrade was just checking it is still the same.
  10. We did a bridge tour on Connie pre covid and an alarm sounded on some control panel, we were told that excess steam from showers sets off an alarm on the bridge (Chris Staff Captain at the time)
  11. Our first MSC cruise on Preziosa a man was turned away from YC restaurant at dinner , he was wearing a soccer logo t shirt.
  12. I don’t think they’re doing this at the moment due to COVID and cleaning of rooms etc
  13. Usually shore excursions booked through Celebrity and suites will have priority! Then it goes by loyalty level and tender tickets are issued for this and remaining passengers . You cannot guarantee being first off!!
  14. We did a cruise ending in Yokohama and then spent 3 days touring in Tokyo and visited Mt Fuji, it was around the time when the Emperor handed to his son.
  15. The insurance is linked to our bank account, this is from the website https://www.nationwide.co.uk/current-accounts/flexplus/travel-insurance/
  16. Australia is very strict and would not let us unload a suitcase each in Newcastle for our friends sister to take for us, we had to take it to Sydney and get a friend to pick up. We were flying to Adelaide the same day so needed to travel a bit lighter. If you are boarding in Sydney or Freemantle make sure all your paperwork is in order, what you can take into Aus is also limited.
  17. You are making me think twice about B2B on Equinox in November even though we have RS
  18. I don’t believe they are testing at Southampton, maybe only for small unvaccinated children. Suggest you look for somewhere more reliable if you think the test could be cancelled. Last year they wanted to see paper copies of vaccine documents as their Wi-Fi was sketchy
  19. My friends are experienced cruisers and have found what they require, thank you
  20. Hi welcome to Cruise Critic. You mention Active Navy Duty but not where you are from/live, I believe military can get a discount on cruises maybe someone who knows more can advise on this..
  21. You need to ask MSC or get travel agent to ask MSC, you cannot rely on other peoples answer.
  22. Totally recommend TP’s we have done 4 in total 2 each way! The last one was Hawaii to Sydney to Singapore on Solstice.
  23. Hi we have friends that live in Sydney and told them about 7 night Eclipse cruises, they can’t find them on Celebrity website so I looked on uk 🇬🇧 and not there either. They wanted a 7 night to up the level on Captains club , but will do a 9 night.
  24. I don’t think you can expect that to happen on your next cruise, it was probably an exception if not full capacity
