Hi Janet, I checked the BW and I am just going to stay where I am. I prefer to always book something that is refundable and those rates are basically the same. They also offer rates that are less but they are non refundable. But thank you for the suggestion😀

Hi Janet, thanks for the information. I will check their room prices. I already booked a room at Embassy Suites and they offer a shuttle to the ship too Their price is 22.00. Need to see how much less BW is (room wise). If I get a better deal with them, I will cancel my ES reservation and book with BW,

Ohhh,I am not on that cruise.....mine is just the regular Bermuda cruise. I was looking at that one but didn't book because it was sold out.

Hi,😀 thanks for the heads up. I will keep that in mind. Celebrity offers a transfer for 27.50 but it says flights must leave after 1:00pm. My flight departs at 12:30. I will figure out my best course of action.

I agree with you.......we all have different views and we all value different things. I don't price my cruises out by day but I look at the total of the cruise and if it is within my price point (Budget). But do I think a $4 grand for a cruise just short of 3 weeks is a good deal? Yes, I do. Especially in a balcony. Now, would I think it is a good value if it was an inside? No, not for me because I don't book inside cabins.

Hi, was your reply for me? I am a regular SS cruiser for the past 7 years.....so I agree, they do have some very good prices for solos BUT only for specific cruises and none that appeal to me at this time. I sailed with them 4 times in 2023 and got low Single Supplements on all of them. I was just looking for "something easy".....if that makes sense to you. This cruise to Bermuda is filling the space. And it will be the easiest flight I have taken in years LOL....Usually I am flying overseas with SS. This flight is non stop.......Jax to Newark......easy peasy.

Hi Janet, I was looking at your sailing because I know yall go to Martha's Vineyard. By the time I went to book everything was sold out. I hope you are feeling better soon. It can be such a pain when the meds have those side effects.

Hi stranger🙂it has been 7 years since I sailed on X. I just booked for the May 26th Bermuda cruise and got a fabulous price on a sky suite and that is even for a solo. It would be great to see you again!

Hi Texed, yep, it is me..... I have been sailing on smaller ships these past few years. I was looking for a spring cruise thought I would check with X. It is going to be a bit odd going from a ship that only sails 600 to one that sails 2800. But I am looking forward to the suite😀

It has been 7 years since I last sailed with Celebrity.....this thread is interesting. I am booked on Eclipse to Bermuda at the end of May in a Sky Suite. Actually got a great price (and I sail solo). I sailed Eclipse a very long time ago........I think it was 2011 or 2012. I am planning to have a good time and will just go with the flo....after all, someone else is cooking my food, making my drinks and cleaning my room😀 Hoping I enjoy Luminae too.

Hi JP, wow, that was a long time ago! If you sailed Celebrity I bet it was Horizon or Zenith.....they were both small ships. My last time was on an Azamara cruise in the spring of 2019. Actually we were in NY for 2 days and I went to 2 Broadway shows.....saw Carole King's "Beautiful" and then I saw "Come From Away". And the only reason I saw 2 was the weather and the Capt got us in an extra day(Had to leave Bermuds early). I didn't realize Celebrity sailed from Manhatten all those years ago.

Hi girls, Well, I booked a cruise today with Celebrity. It actually turned out to be a really good price and, yes that is for a solo. They had a Sky Suite and it was less than I ever expected. Going to Bermuda at the end of May on Eclipse. It is one of the AFT balconies.....they are oversized! Kat, so sorry that the kid is giving you such a hard time😮‍💨

Hi Davey, well, I just booked a cruise today😀......going to Bermuda at the end May on Celebrity Eclipse (she is an S class ship). I sailed her many, many years ago so will see how it goes. And they were even having a special on the AFT Sky Suites (even for a a solo) so I booked one of them. Just got my flight booked and now just have to get a hotel. The ship sails out of Bayonne, NJ...Cape Liberty. I have been to Bermuda before but it has been a few years. Nice thing, the flight is only 2 hours LOL...usually I am flying to Europe so this is much closer to home (for a change)!

Hi friends, this will be the first time sailing from Cape Liberty in MANY years for me. I know back in the day there were multiple hotels near the Jersey Gardens Mall. Anyone recently stay in this area and would recommend a place for 1 night pre-cruise? AND I need to get to the port the next morning. Any reputable suggestions would be appreciated😀 I don't mind paying extra for a private car. Oh, one more question......at the end of my cruise, are there cabs available at the terminal? My flight home from Newark leaves at 12:30pm. Thanks for any help😀

I love so many different ingredients that I really don't have 1 favorite. I will say I LOVE cheese in my omlettes and then it's the other stuff....meats, veggies, etc.

Yes, I sailed her back in November and there are some old posts about it too. When Nova came into the fleet HQ put an email out and specifically said formal nights on Nova are optional.

No formal clothes are necessary when sailing Nova.
