Condolences for your dear Snowy and congratulations on your retirement. Often have thought of you and glad to see you here and healthy (besides Covid, I also contracted it on a cruise in May!).     On your Home Screen of the app on the bottom, there is a button that says key. Click on that. That is your digital key. You may have to go to the screen that shows daily planner. If you can’t find it, I am sure your steward will be able to help. It’s not available on all ships. It is on Summit as I was just in I’m May
