  1. "So, for those who have done some Solstice class and also some Edge class cruises: Can Edge-Class feel as cozy and "my second living room" as Solstice class? What are your thoughts on this?" Nope. We have been on Edge twice including last August when there was only 30% occupancy. E Class does not have the "cozy" feel that the S Class does. S Class has a lot more bars and lounge areas and definitely has more overstuffed comfy chairs to relax in. Both class of ships offer different things but E Class is still our personal favorite. :)
  2. My rate is $119 and the taxes and fees are $15.47
  3. Call them immediately! We booked a Sky Suite for our upcoming cruise at an amazing "cruise only" rate! That is usually the giveaway since our other Sky Suites have been more then double this price.
  4. How long did it take to get your confirmation? I booked on line last week and haven't heard anything.
  5. We also just got off of the May 21st sailing. Sebastian is a Sr Bartender from Las Vegas who was at The World Class bar all week. We also encountered him at The Mast Bar. This is his first ever cruise contract. Evidently one of only two USA employees. An amazing bartender and very easy on the eyes. 😎 We will be back on board August 21. Have an amazing cruise!
  6. We are on board. Medical emergency. 😕
  7. Hey we are on the same cruise! Between you and me I think we have it covered! LOL! Are you on the FB group? Wanda
  8. Hope you feel better soon! Hubby and I had Covid the middle of April. I told him I could not imagine being on a cruise and feeling like this! I'm 59 and EXTREMELY healthy with no health conditions. It knocked me on my a** for over a week! We leave Saturday on Equinox. At least we both now have antibodies. I would NOT being doing a cruise out of the USA until things change. That's just me though.
  9. Highly recommend the Lemon Lime flavor!
  10. I buy it at Costco but they sell it on Amazon Prime and they do have their own website. :) Wanda
  11. Liquid IV is this amazing powder that comes in individual packs you dump in water to rehydrate. I used it on my last cruise after being "over served" on the first day and also when I had Covid last month. Great stuff!
  12. We have been on over 30 cruises. From our first cruise we have always brought a small zip bag with the following. Tylenol, Motrin, Sudafed, Benadryl, Imodium, Laxative, Zyrtec, Zicam, Ginger capsules, Liquid IV, throat lozengers, antacid, daytime and nighttime cold capsules. Hydrocortisone cream, first aid cream, Anbesol, Arnicare, Prep H, alcohol wipes, band-aids, steri-strips, ace bandage and stuff to use if a crown or filling come off. Post covid we have also added a thermometer and pulse oximeter. Believe it or not all of this fits in a very small bag. I would rather have it not need it then not have it when I need it.
  13. 5 more days until Celebrity Equinox as long as our rapid tests are negative! We both had Covid back in April so we should be good to go and have additional antibodies!
  14. Lots of people also like the Embassy Suites which is right across from a shopping center that has a Publix, Total Wine and restaurants. They also have an afternoon Happy Hour and cooked breakfast in the morning. I hear it's a little "tired" but not bad for one night. Check out Trip Advisor reviews.
