This is our first time attempting a "Move Up" bid. Three weeks ago there were 60 Suites still available for our upcoming April cruise. I decided to put a bid in to move up from Aqua to a Suite. My status for the past two weeks has remained "pending" without the ability to modify or cancel. As of last week all the Suites that were available are now gone. Does anyone know if they remove them to assign them for move up bids? I'm not holding my breath that we will get our move up bid and are fine with the Aqua Class cabin we booked. Just curious as to how this process works. I keep stalking my credit card but there is nothing pending on there. Thank you for any insight!
Just my two cents here. We have cruised with Celebrity on over 20 cruises. Most of our cruises are either in a Suite or Aqua Class. I have never been able to order off of the MDR menu in Blu whether on S Class or E Class ships but I have in Luminae. On our last cruise in Aqua we ate 3 nights in Blu and the rest in Ocean View.
If I did not have a drink package and only wanted to drink bottled water, I would put it inside a duffel bag with a luggage tag on it and have it delivered to my cabin.
We have never had any liquid hand soap in our bathrooms on the ship no matter what category we are in. I always bring a .99 liquid hand soap. No a fan of washing my hands with bar soap.
We did a "Presidents" cruise one time. We were in a Suite on the Equinox so we ate in Luminae. Lisa and her entourage had their own special section in the back of Luminae and ate there.
Woo Hoo! Canβt wait to follow along! We have been on the Edge twice but will be on the Apex in April. We are currently booked in aqua class but put a move up bid in for suite class.
You can always order one from the first bar and then go directly to the next bar you pass and order a second. π You can also bring 2 bottles of wine per person on board with you.
We have the Classic beverage package. With the Classic package can I order drinks at World Class Bar, Eden and Martini and pay the difference for the cost of the drink OR do I have to pay the entire price of the drink?
