Although I live in New York I am in a very small town.There is only one road that goes through the whole town ,3 miles.Another road goes through some of the town for 1 mile.In the Spring and Summer it is a wonderful place to live. A high percentage of the residents go to Fla for the winter.

Theoretically but not definitely.There is always the possibility that the previous user of the box used the same code. It is like people using internet passwords.How many times do you select a word only to read that the word or even a screen name is not available because someone else used it .

I never used a hotel safe. When I was on my first cruise there were no in room safes.On my second cruise it was a lock and key .On my third cruise the safe was open .I selected a combination to use.I put things inside and did not open the safe till the day I was disembarking.

I am older than you.There were no buffets when I was growing up.Herbies was the first I ever went to when I was in my 30’s.

I remember most the midnight buffets on the Cunard Ambassador and on the HAL Zuiderdam. (Did you ever go to Herbies International Buffet in Brooklyn?)

I agree.The old days of cruising had the best late night buffets.

I was not aware that I could change the code on prior cruises.

We always use the in cabin safe.On our last cruise we were told that we had the option of changing the combination which is what we did .

The only time I enjoy being at cruise buffets is for desserts.I prefer the midnight buffet.

My father was on an ocean liner in 1913 that sailed from Liverpool to NYC. There were no such thing as the bathing suits that men currently wear.They covered the body from close to the head to close to the feet. -
