My granddog Beuk is visiting here today.Since tonight is Survivor I quizzed him once again as to who will win this series.Once again he barked when I said Yam Yam.He is a very intelligent dog .He responds to commands in English and Hebrew and I am teaching him to respond to Italian.

I have no idea.I have a distinct Brooklyn ,NY accent .Very few people who I know or have met who lived there as long as me no longer have an accent.

In the early 60’s I was dating a woman who was born in Jamaica.She introduced me to the music of Belafonte .I was in Bonaire only once in 2019.It is a beautiful island.

Harry Belafonte passed away today at age 96.I saw him in concert in the early 60’s . R.I.P.

I remember when she was lead singer with the Co-Sines in the late 50’s. I believe her father was in the FDNY .

I have never been to Europe.The best pizza I ever ate aside from Sorrento’s on RCI ships has been in New York State. I ate pizza for the first time at age 16.

I finished watching The Diplomat yesterday.The last two episodes in my opinion were the best of the series. I recommend it.

I have Ulcerative Colitis and have to eat gluten free foods.I tried not doing that on a cruise several years ago and got very sick on the ship The next cruise I tried again not eating GF and again became very sick

The niece of one of my son in laws graduated the Macaulay Honors Program at Queens College. I graduated Brooklyn College.At the time I was there it was considered an elite school . I only had 3 friends in HS who went to colleges out of NY.
