I was told by the Head Chef on the Anthem that every item on a menu can be made Gluten Free. On my last cruise that was exactly what I requested.I was given the menus at dinner for the following day to order.
I take pictures of everyone I meet on a cruise with a camera,not a phone.After get the pictures developed I write the names of the people on the back of the pictures.I do the same for non cruise vacations.
