My breakfast is a cup of boiled water with juice of one half lemon to cleanse the kidneys. Two slices of Spelt bread toasted with two tablespoons of Almond Butter One cup of de caffeinated herbal tea I on occasion substitute almond butter with cashew butter or macadamia butter -
I shall not be going back to Portland.

I retired at 55 but got bored and worked another 6 years in a totally different field. -

The first time I had an A&W root beer was 1974 in Lake George.That was the only thing I ever bought in an A&W.

Yes,there was Nedicks but I grew up in Brooklyn The first Nedicks I remember was near Macy’s in Manhattan and I cannot remember when I was there for the first time .I know I was there in 1960 when I was working a block away.

The last time that I went on a regular basis was in 1965.The last time I was in a White Castle was 2003.

When I was a kid the only fast food was White Castle.There was nothing to compare it to.Therefore.,it was my favorite place to go .

We went to the Philadelphia Flower Show.Many of the attendees were there for other reasons.A guy approached our group of 6 and asked if we would be interested in wine tasting and when one of us said yes he gave us the info.There were also people from restaurants and stores .

We were at a wine tasting in PA ,not at a winery but at a hotel .There was no limit in tasting and also no charge.We were a group of 6 and 1 of our group drank way too much .

My I-pad stopped function for nearly 24 hours.I had to call my Technician aka daughter to come and fix it .It took 5 minutes .

When I had Moh’s last August on my forehead the surgeon wanted to do a skin graft rather than letting the area heal on its own.I opted not to do the graft because one time skin was taken from a part of my body where I was told I would not have a scar .I still have the scar. I have a hole in my forehead instead of having a graft.It looks like a bullseye.
