    If you are as old as dirt what does that say about me.I remember burgers for 4 cents.cheese burgers 6 cents,French fries 5 cents and sodas 5 cents.

    Has anyone besides me ever entered a CC contest ? I won several times The prizes ranged from a canvas bag to a hat.All said Cruise Critic on them. I took them on cruises and many people stopped me to inquire about them.

    Interesting that you are in Houston.Many years ago I had a friend living in Seabrook.The last time I was there I met one of his neighbors who said that he would eat just about anything and told me about his unusual tastes.

    I have relatives and friends living in Cambridge .Over the years we have been to many restaurants there as well as Boston that offered great burgers.We have not been there since 2014 but I would think that a good tasting burger would be much less than $20.

    The last time I was there was 2007 and it was nothing like the NY airports at that time .No homeless people sleeping on benches ,no rude people.

    I had a friend who lived in Seaford,a Houston suburb.The first time we went to visit him we were a group of 40,long story.He told all of us to fly into Hobby and we were not sorry.

    My last cruise was in 2019 ,however,I had been cruising since 1973In all that time traveling on 7 different cruise lines I never had a problem with Customer Service .

    When I was a kid there was no such thing as McDonalds and Burger King. I grew up on White Caste,4 cents for a burger

    There is another option.You can take the railroad to Grand Central then take the bus to Eight Ave and then the bus south to MSG.It i# a lot better than driving in Manhattan. This may seem hard to believe but I have never driven in Manhattan.

    If you recall I told you that my SIL works with the son of a Ranger Hall Of Fame guy.He also works with the daughter of a guy who played for the Yankees He has met many former Rangers over the years. I hope you feel better.

    H: My son in law the Rangers fan went to the game this past Monday at MSG and met Aaron Judge.

    Not a cruise but my wife designed my first ever being on a plane vacation to celebrate my 50th.birthday.Included on the vacation was a mini cruise and walking on a glacier.

    A former co worker of mine only cruised on MSC and loved the pizza on her cruises.I never cruised on that line .

    I loved my job.I was a workaholic and planned to work 38 years for the company where I was employed.The record for length of employment was 37 years .However,I was downsized after 25 years which is the second longest to date.I was not ready to retire .I worked 8 additional years for 4 different companies.
