My youngest granddaughter is graduating middle school this afternoon.After the graduation we are going out to eat at her favorite restaurant.

One of my friends left NYC for San Diego.Every time we spoke or visited he would talk about how wonderful the weather is there.Much to my surprise he moved to Oregon 3 years ago ,to an area that gets more snow than NY.

We cruised many timex in October without problems.

Youngster,I have friends who are close to 80 and only cruise NCL out of Galveston.

Re the Yankees: Even though I am a Mets fan the first baseball game that I saw in person was at Yankee Stadium in 1962 and I rooted for the team when my friend Frank Tepedino was on the team. I can ask the same question about why am I wearing a tee shirt when it is 64 degrees and raining .I am wearing it because a neighbor who is a huge Mets fan was supposed to come to my house to get something notarized and wearing the shirt might generate an interesting baseball conversation. The weather in my small town is usually 10 degrees cooler than NYC . As far as misspelling Yankees,that was a good one.Re Moody Blues: I never saw them live but my friend who lived in Cortlandt Manor worked at the Paramount in Hudson Valley after he retired and saw many shows there .

I have a picture of myself at age 9 wearing a Brooklyn Dodger tee shirt.If only I still had it now.

My oldest T is one that I got for my 50th.birthday that is still in good condition .

I just started watching You Don’t Know Me on Netflix.The last series I watched was Intimacy on Netflix.The star of the show was the lead actress on Money Heist.

We also cut the nails of all of our cats.They never seemed to mind.I would usually cut my own nails in front of them then cut theirs.

TSOTD is from the New York Mets World Series winner in 2022. One of my granddaughters was here earlier .Her TSOTD is from a recent Harry Styles concert.

If you will be in Northern California there is good theater in San Francisco.There is likely in Southern California as well.I have a friend who is a retired movie Director and director of stage plays.When he was active he lived there.Now that he is retired to moved to a beautiful area in Northern CA. Enjoy the west coast.

We never did late dining ,but friends who only do late dining asked us to join them and we were happy that we did so.

I had two friends who had cars but even they took public transportation most of the time.My parents never owned a car,neither did Toby’s.The only reason that we bought a car in 1972 was to travel . When I was younger I took Shortline buses to the Catskills.

My 5th.birthday was on a beach .All of my friends who attended had a choice of a sundae or a cup of vanilla ice cream.

When I worked in the Advertising field I traveled to RI by car but I was a passenger.The same when we went to NJ,CT and MA.

I moved to Long Island in 2003 and last drove anywhere that same year .I fell asleep while driving one day and nearly drove into somebody’s house. My family would not let me drive after that.When I lived in Brooklyn and worked in Manhattan I traveled via subway and or by bus.When I worked in Brooklyn I drove .Whenever I went into Manhattan for pleasure I took a bus.
