    Many years ago in NYC there was a place called Sodamat. The only beverage that one could buy there was sodas.They offered 28 different ones.

    I live in a very small town in NY that is paradise in the Spring and Summer seasons .In the winter we enjoy traveling to other places even those that have cold weather.

    My granddaughter who completed her first year of college earlier this month received her final grades yesterday.Her GPA was 3.88.She is in the Honors Program.We are very proud of her.

    When I was in the 6th.grade I was a member of the schools Garden Club. It was something I really enjoyed.That was my last time doing gardening.

    I change the station when a Rod Stewart song is on .My youngest daughter was living in the UK .He sat next to her in a bar one night. She said hello and he told her to F-off.He used the full word.Mick Jagger saw that ,invited her to his table and took pictures with her.My daughter was 20 at the time .We have pictures in our house of her with Jagger.

    We had friends living in Paramus.When we lived in Brooklyn we often went to visit them and stopped at the Mall brefore going home.I bought a lot of clothes there years ago.

    I was there in 2014 and spent 4 hours there.We went to Cleveland for a weekend with a couple that we have been on 10 cruises with and 1 prior land trip.We spent time in the Casino and did very well there.

    None ,but in my opinion a visit to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame is a must for every music lover.Plus it is very close to a Casino .

    A small word happening from this afternoon.My Parkinsons Support group met this afternoon by Zoom.A new person joined.He looked considerably younger than me but he was older.Through the course of his introducing himself to the group I found out that he taught at both the high school I graduated and a college that I attended.

    By contrast ,Graham Nash usually appears once a year in my part of NY where the highest ticket price is $65.

    My person is still here too but not likely the same as yours . The first concert I ever went to was Bob Dylan in 1961.I cannot recall the cost of the ticket .In the same year I saw James Brown and Richie Havens.

    My younger daughter also was at that concert .She had the same opinion. She will travel anywhere to see anyone she likes .She flew to the UK to attend the Taylor Hawkins concert last year .

    Joan is also in the Long Island Hall of Fame and is very friendly to everyone she encounters.

    Dylan,in my opinion is the greatest individual influence in Rock music ever. He is currently 82 and still recording .I saw Springsteen the first time in Asbury Park at a time when he was a total unknown,I was never a huge fan of his but he will be 74 in September and is still drawing huge crowds.

    Once again my granddog was right.If Yam Yam wins and we will find out next Wednesday I will have my granddog pick the next US President .
