  1. Glad you got it resolved but if you have issues in future calls are recorded so if you can get someone to listen it’s way easier to fix.
  2. I booked the Westin a few months ago for our cruise in April and check the website periodically to see if there have been any price drops. Checked today and website shows the hotel is sold out. Glad we’re arriving early in case they’ve overbooked.
  3. Our steward took care of everything and our bags were in our new cabin by the time we completed the turn around. Would not hesitate to do it again if original cabin not available.
  4. Mini suites have a tub shower combo, 2 TV’s and a curtain that you can pull to divide the room.
  5. Booked for April 8th cruise and our stop in Monterrey is still showing on my Personalizer and on the book a cruise page.
  6. Yep according to some of the forums I am on people are booking themselves. I'll wait until I find out how the whole thing works with FP and PP.

  9. Cruised to Alaska last August, 10 day RT coastal from Vancouver, and 30 days to Hawaii in December all with no issues.
  10. I print off the itinerary and just write in the time and location, MDR specialty restaurants etc and it goes up on the wall with a magnet. Easy to do and because its always visible easy to read and remember.
  11. Just slide the coin holder in and turn on the machine, that’s what I do to find out if it’s still free.
  12. Is there a pending charge on your credit card? Calls to Princess are recorded so when you get through to someone insist that someone listen to the recording of the booking could be the agent booked it in error, but that should not happen. Twitter seems to get a quick response for those with issues I don’t have an account so can’t add anything further sorry. Hope you get it worked out.
  13. Call as soon as they open. Keep in mind call backs can take several hours, they are very busy right now. I just put my phone on speaker and go on with my day.
  14. We cross the border and fly out of a regional airport in Washington State. Southwest started flying out of there IIRC in 2021 and we have flown Bellingham to Long Beach a few times, our other option was Alaska to LAX and both require a change of planes. We Uber and never have an issue getting picked up quickly, we usually stay at Crowne Plaza but next trip are trying out the Westin. We have to Uber to San Pedro anyway but thought it might be nice to try out someplace different since our arrival is around 11 AM. FYI it did take me a few minutes to figure out where to pick up our luggage as it is outside which I am not used to but no issues.
  15. On January 13th I submitted bids on 2 different cruises in April and received email confirmations that they received them and both show as Pending. One of my bookings shows that it is paid in full but the other does not, both are through the casino. I believe it does say on the website that not all cruises are eligible for bidding, could that be the issue in your case? Or maybe it just needs a day or so to update.
  16. We had no problem using the free tests with Lifecenters in fact the pharmacies ran out of the first ones and we used the Artron ones after that. Thankful though for our upcoming cruises no testing!
  17. We are in Canada and found the link for Lifecenters.ca here on this site. Used our own tests and for the 2 of us the cost was $25 Canadian. Easy and results in 15 minutes, would use them again if it becomes necessary.
  18. You said the offer has to be used by the end of August, so you have that information already. No different than airline seat sales you either agree to the terms and conditions or wait for another offer.
  19. Book by/sail by casino offers are very clear and you can’t just arbitrarily pick a date that works for you. Check their emails regularly I have multiple offers that I can use to book cruises into 2024.
  20. 40 degrees and pouring rain at the moment. Day before yesterday we had a weird forecast that said possible snow but only a 20 minute window.
  21. 54 days for our cruise in December. Nobody asks to see it but I like to know we are one step closer to our trip.
  22. I use Uber all the time just download the app ahead of time. How are you getting to the ship from LAX, might be an idea to take an Uber so you are familiar with it.
  23. We prefer to go when we are ready so grab an Uber. Always been under $10 from CP so a little more reasonable than the shuttle but a much nicer experience.
