We boarded yesterday We were “green” and had our medallions. No signs for green or blue and I was sent into a huge line. When I questioned this was told I had to stand in this line. Luckily, my DH asked someone else and we were directed to the security screening instead How many unfortunate people were misdirected? My advice is to get your medallions precruise or show up later. (We were there at 1130)

I was able to book mine when dining times became available. I did have to put in my credit card info. You may not get the times or days if you wait till you get on the ship

Wondering if we get tokens at Guest Services or use our medallions in the laundermat ?

Fisherman’s Wharf is walkable but you need ferry to get to Alcatraz

Thought we might be able to get around it or may change/ cancel ports. A cruise anywhere beats staying at home. You roll with the punches

Or just be surprised. We were scheduled for Western Caribbean last year. Showed up at the port and were given a new itinerary for Eastern due to weather

I’ve sailed both lines numerous times. IMO entertainment is better on NCL. I think food is about equal but DH likes to be able to wear shorts in the main dining room on NCL. Presently, on Princess it is frowned upon and depending on the ship, not allowed. It looks like you will be going during school break so both ships will have more kids on board.

I get the free room offer and my husband gets free play only. When I book the room he gets his free play.

Go into your cruise and click “manage”. At the top will be travel summary and luggage tags. Go to summary and that will have everything you have included

States “ only for single invited Players Club member”. Don’t know if you’d be allowed to board and pay additional hefty sum or be denied boarding. I don’t think I’d chance it

My Sept cruise just switched Monterey for Catalina

Just got an email from Princess that our Sept 27 cruise has swapped Monterey forCatalina

Cash for entrance fee. Was $3 pp or $18 to include water park area. We never did the inclusive and just ordered drinks and food. We used a credit card for that as ran a tab. Same tip as here 15% at least. Loved Paradise

When I booked my last comped cruise, I was also comped the Princess Plus amenity. The agent I spoke with could not add that and said it would be sent up to be “escalated”. I was a bit leery. Everything did eventually show up though. I found it under “ print luggage tags and summary”

There will be specific cruise/ dates to choose from. Remember their Free at Sea package isnt really free. They charge gratuity which is about $300 for 7 day cruise. Plus there is an administration fee of $10 or $20 pp/day. The add port charges and taxes. Last “free” we looked at was $1300 for 7 days.

If you make charge to your room in casino, they will subtract it from your OBC

You need to use your medallion ,not player cards. Think that makes it more difficult unless you sit together and combine your money
