  1. Small teddy bear size. In the 12 to 14 inch range.
  2. The "corners" are usually listed on the Lido menus. You'll find the menus on the app.
  3. Page 1 of the food. It has a box around it. Some advice on the bacon - you want it to be candied & crispy. I'm not even sure how to order it. (Hard caramelized?) We had some come out a little like syrup-dipped bacon. It was not great. The coating needs a bit of a crunch.
  4. Dramamine has a non-drowsy version. It's meclazine. Regular Dramamine is Dimenhydrinate. The latter can cause drowsiness. When we first began sailing, the front desk gave out seasickness tablets. They don't anymore. (Hug a lawyer. They may have had something to do with it.)
  5. I know that the themed corners are on the Vista, Signature and Pinnacle Class ships. I've seen them on the R Class as well. In short, pretty much everywhere.
  6. Two weeks to a day or two before sailing.
  7. Hand cut, double dipped onion rings are a steakhouse classic. If they bother you, you can ask that they be left off. If you are at a table near mine, I'll take them off your hands. The onion ring is the donut-meets-vegetable super food.
  8. We had the Dry Aged Delmonico ($25 supplement) and the Lobster Roll on the PG Lunch menu. (Also a small supplement,) The dry aged steak was excellent, but you'll be fine ordering off the standard menu.
  9. 4 & 5 star Mariners, along with Neptune and Pinnacle Suites get priority. So do people who have purchased Club Orange.
  10. I don't think so. That's from the breakfast card. Outside of breakfast hours, you have the regular room service menu. If you really want to get your juice on, head to the Club Orange dining room or the MDR (non Pinnacle Class ships.) They pour fresh orange juice all morning. I prefer my mimosas deconstructed. But you can mix your sparkling wine and OJ if you want.
  11. You can get the lobster ravioli with any of the steaks. Just ask nicely. There is bit of a sauce, but I backed it up with Bearnaise. You could probably ask for extra lobster ravioli sauce if you want. I think the long, ribbon tuile cracker is standard for the PG lunch cheese plate now. Our PG waitress left the bread basket and offered more if we needed it. I'm going to make a point of asking for extra crackers in March. If people hadn't pointed the cracker situation out here, I'd have never noticed. Now you have me deeply concerned. 🤨
  12. Here's the procedure to delete cookies and cached data for just one site. Bookmark this - and learn how to do it. It's your friend. https://www.minitool.com/news/clear-cache-for-one-site.html#:~:text=refresh this page.-,How to Clear Cache for One Site in Safari, clear cache for the site.
  13. What browser and operating system are you using? Also, what are you trying to do?
  14. The local "salute" was pretty impressive. The air horns and bell ringing were top notch. Apparently, my fellow South Floridians - down here in God's waiting room - remember her fondly
  15. Thanks. If you have any questions, please ask. We're booked on the Nieuw Statendam in March, with Club Orange and a cabana.
  16. A great friend of ours is from Milan. (We met him in Maine when we lived there.) On his first trip, driving to Boston, he had a huge smile on his face. He said, and I quote, "They say that driving in Boston is like driving in Italy. It's not. It's like driving in ROME."
  17. Just getting caught up, but I concur 100% on the fruit crisps. We had almost exclusively bread puddings. They were tasty - don't get me wrong - but they are nap-inducing for me. Maybe if enough I people give a shout out to the fruit crisps in the Navigator app, we'll see the triumphant return of the fruit cobbler (by mid-March 2025, pretty please.) #TeamFruitCrisp
  18. Fort Lauderdale has some of the smoothest embarkation procedures you're going to find. (I'm a bit biased because I live in Fort Lauderdale, but Port Everglades really does a nice job.) We had Club Orange & Four Star priority boarding for our cruise earlier this month. We arrived at the terminal around 11:00 AM and were on the ship well before noon. We were given priority boarding #2. We probably could have gotten #1, but we didn't want to leave too early. As people said, make sure you look for the priority boarding signs, so you are in the right lines. Boarding order was Pinnacle Suite, wheelchair assistance and Neptune Suites, then 4*, 5* and Club Orange. We also had a Retreat Cabana, so you can read about it, the Club Orange dining room, and our 9 Day sailing here:
  19. Club Orange Room Service Card attached -- and snipped with the relevant section highlighted. Room_Svc_Card_Club_Orange_2023-12.pdf
  20. For Club Orange, yes. There is a different room service card. I scanned it in December.
  21. They can see availability, but from what I understand, it's done in their old booking system. You may not find someone who knows that system on the weekend. However, you can make a booking hold with someone and see if Club Orange can be added. If it can, great. If not, don't pay the deposit and tell them you aren't interested.
  22. The ship inventory department will be actively working on upgrades this close to sailing. They were probably working on it for a while now. If the website is showing no availability, you can probably get on the wait list for a verandah, but I would not count on clearing it.
  23. I've taken a LOT of sail away photos over the years, and that was one of the prettiest skies I've seen if I hadn't seen it with my own eyes, I'd have thought it was Photoshopped.
  24. Here she is leaving, blue skies and puffy clouds.
