  1. The veal and lobster dish looks dreadful. The mashed potato is too runny surely and why would they smother it in bearnaise sauce and bisque jus on the same plate.
  2. Indeed,I can't think how excursions interfere with formal evenings
  3. So formal it is then. Step up from the sports jacket and immerse yourselves.
  4. Or,you can be the last person out of the bar.
  5. Next time I'm going to take a tool box and take the door off. Much easier for all
  6. Have you spoken to the Maitre d' about the food issues?
  7. The deck seven latrine is indeed in the spa After you have emptied you can have a sauna and a shower before the treck back to your wine and hot tub
  8. A quiet word with the Hotel Director and all will be well again. Some new staff are not cut out for working on a ship and they don't last long.
  9. No1 you can walk up the stairs to deck seven and use the bathroom without going through the Colonnade No 2 The Panorama Penthouse Veranda has a large shower stall and you can get three others in there with you but I only managed two others. No 3 I agree I asked for a couple of doorstops from the suite attendant and that worked. No 4 I heard that you couldn't leave the wine alone during the day.
  10. I thought the white space was the Mortuary and that's why there isn't any noise.
  11. They just want you to book another cruise but this time spend more money on a better line.😀
  12. I wouldn't worry unnecessarily about this.
  13. If you wear a jacket and a tie,you can go anywhere on any evening. It's that simple.
  14. Don't forget the spa suites on the smaller ships were an add on and were not on the original build. There were cabanas and chairs where you could book a massage in that area. In reality this space was never used except for crew parties. Sesbourn decided to put four suites there. They are lovely looking over the stern of the ship but are a bit of a pain getting to them via the wooden staircase. I wouldn't think that it was great for those who are not that mobile or fit.
  15. So Nancy, you're saying that Regent have the old folks on their ships 😀
  16. Crystal then Regent then Seabourn. This should be interesting 😀
  17. Always remember, saying nothing on a cruise can often get you nothing. Don't hesitate to speak up if something is not right. I have never had a problem with resolving issues on a ship.
  18. I have several answers here but I'm not going to able to post them. Perhaps others have a view.
