Always a problem having an open deck above your suite. I never book one nowadays. Must have a suite above and a suite below.

It's sad that they had to do that to encourage people to sail. Let's see where they are in six months. Can you go around the ship and tape up everything that says MSC

Branding is so important. This reminds me of when the Chairman of VW decided that he wanted to build a car that was luxurious and better made than a BMW or a Mercedes. They over engineered the car and it was a lovely car. The car was called the Phaeton. It never sold because it had the usual VW badge on it. Buyers of luxury cars didn't want to drive a VW badged car as it wasn't prestigious enough. Explora should have its own identity and be apart from MSC as Lexus is apart from Toyota.

They need to detach from all of that

Don't give up hope. It's doing well and has an excellent manager. Some great staff also that have been around a long time. We dress for dinner and yes although they have a more relaxed dress code than 1968 it is still pretty good especially at Christmas and New year where I will be.

I thought the longer days might get the vote. I'm OK with either but eager to get a feel. QG port side if I can get one. They do sell out fast. Do suites become available in time if people have to cancel?
