  1. Wow, Is this a real post or a wind up. It is also your first post.
  2. I wouldn't want to be any closer than Cyprus and that's still close enough.
  3. I always get Fever Tree tonic on Seabourn. I'm not a cocktail drinker but the TK bar does have a selection of cocktails that seem popular.
  4. There were 235 of them on an incentive trip from one company.
  5. Glad that worked for you. The Colonnade kitchen doesn't cook all of the food for dinner it assembles the dishes after they are cooked in the main kitchen.
  6. A TA is generally less money than booking direct with Cunard.
  7. I knew it was all down to money with you 😀 Seriously I think that Natalya is really having a go and I hope that she succeeds. She has made some quick changes and shows more spirit than old Rick did.
  8. Yes,I have experienced what you're going through. Ask the Maitre d to organise an Indian meal for the next evening.
  9. Let's get a gate put here to keep the riff raff out
  10. Neither does good luggage.🤔
  11. Tell them to donate the mirror to the crew.
  12. He will need a jacket if you want to dine in the restaurant on a formal evening otherwise there are other dining venues where a jacket is not required.
  13. If you give them to housekeeping they will mend them and they'll be back in your suite before you know it.
  14. It's equal to a free drink at a Seabourn bar I think.
  15. I was told about Solis a while ago but couldn't say anything. There are also new things being trialed for dinner in the Colonnade. I like a supper club with a duo like they have on Silversea with Silver Note. I have never been happy to have dinner in the Colonnade but with the restaurant not being what it should,I would try the Colonnade if new things were implemented.
  16. The Indian Market evening is one of the most popular on Seabourn. Those of us from the UK are not so fussed about it because we have Indian restaurants on every street corner bit I understand that many from the US love it because it is something a little different.
  17. I stay in 1124 often and I like the location. No noise in that area. The most alarming thing about your post is the "Group" How many of you will there be,as a "Group" Ruined an Encore trip this August for most of the other guests that were not from the "Group"
  18. An experienced TA is the only way to go. Never book directly with any cruise line.
  19. I can't even remember my eighty first cruise it was so long ago.😀 The thing is,money fits in everywhere but we don't fit in everywhere. Wait until you get into that lovely Panorama suite. Mrs Dave will be like a pig in,well you know what.😀
  20. I have lost count of the times that a cruise company has put a spanner in the works and messed up a booking or details regarding a booking. I don't have anything to do with a cruise company involving booking anymore. I have my very experienced TA look after the whole thing. I turn up at a reasonable time to board that suits me although I am considerate and don't turn up at silly o'clock demanding to board like the last time when two ladies tried to board the Pursuit in Barcelona at 09.00 Us Diamond Elite folks get on without any fuss anyway.😀
  21. Calm down and carry on. You haven't set foot on the ship yet. Shoreside experience is always a dogs breakfast compared to what you get on board. Just think yourself lucky, you could have booked with Explora Journeys 😀
