Does anyone have the phone number to contact the casino department? Our e-mail says to contact our PCC and when I dial his number I get this "emergency alert" propaganda. Told them I wanted to speak to my PCC, but they just kept on with their spiel. 😡 Thanks!

Went to your link, when I clicked “Find a locker” it went to the “Sorry, we couldn’t find that page” with one of the dogs of Amazon on it.

I just tried a dummy order and specified I wanted to pick it up in Rome, Italy.. it wouldn’t recognize Rome, Italy. What did I do wrong?

Sorry to start this, we are currently onboard and I don’t have time to research CC. We have considerable OBC on this cruise thru shareholder, military, AARP, FCD, and a promo when booking. All have been lumped together and guest services are telling us none of it is refundable nor can be used in the casino or for cash. I thought the military and FCD were refundable and possibly the shareholder, too. Thanks for any insight into this.

I am under the impression that HIA is $50 per person per day. Is it different if you book a casino rate? DH received a casino offer this week and I would like clarification on the HIA pricing. Below is a spreadsheet showing the pricing with the casino offer and regular prices. As you can see, neither comes out to $50 pp/pd. I noticed that the pricing for Cellar #2 and Cellar #3 (from your WINE LIST link) are the same in the Sommelier Suite packages. Wasn't that way last year -- wonder if HAL's proofreader had a bad day or too much 🍷 tasting 🤪

Maybe go back to the Venice airport that morning and catch a HAL transfer?? (I'm sure you will have to pre-arrange that on-line and have it coincide with an arrival flight.) Don't know timing for final manifest in Europe, but in the US it is 1 hour prior to sailing.

Thank you. I just went into "Manage my cruise", then clicked on FlightEase/View Flights, when I get to the page with our names & departure airport I clicked "Book & Manage Flights". Here's where I get nervous, the flight we have already reserved comes up -- do I click on "Change Flights"?

I believe that in the past if you booked your air then went back to check for a price drop or maybe a better schedule, etc. that your original flight booking was lost (overridden) from the reservation. Is that still the case? BTW, this is before final payment. Thank you!
