Crazy times here. Son is moving to Omaha this weekend, he’s been in Dallas & Atlanta for the past month at a training class for his new job. Fits in Saturday night & gets his UHaul & empties his storage unit & drives out Sunday…hopefully missing the snowstorm coming Monday; starts new job on Monday. Whirlwind!!! Les still can’t see out of the left eye, Dr appt tomorrow morning for that. I think he’s looking at more eye surgery. His gallbladder surgery is 10 April & my shoulder replacement is 17 April In All that I totally forgot Easter is Sunday! Melody

Les still can’t see well enough to drive (or walk outside) yet, readers have allowed him to at least see his computer out of one eye. He has retina appts next week& week after, hoping it gets better, he’s getting pretty grumpy! (Understandably. My shoulder won’t feel great till I get it replaced. We’re getting another snow storm tomorrow too, sigh. Melody

Laurie that green dress would be perfect for formal night. Thanks for the concern. Les still doesn’t have vision out of his left eye (which is his reading eye). We’re hoping as the gas bubble dissipates the vision will start to come back. He might have to have the close up eye converted to long distance & wear reading glasses. Thats best case scenario. His gall bladder surgery is 10 Apr & my shoulder replacement is now 17 Apr. hopefully he’ll be able to drive by then! Melody

Les is doing ok, still no vision in the eye. This is his reading eye & we’re hoping reading glasses will help. His post op is this Wednesday. I have a ct scan to map the shoulder tomorrow. Then nothing (hopefully!) until 10 April (his gall bladder surgery) & 17 April (my shoulder replacement surgery). His 75th bday is 16 April. Thanks everyone for the concern & comments. Good snowstorm yesterday & today 10” yesterday & 12” already today (it 0530 in morning). 30 minutes west of us they had 3 ft yesterday & already 2 additional Ft last night. Biggest storm here in town since 1998. We’re just grateful our daughter shoveled us out yesterday & she’s coming back this afternoon. Very happy we didn’t have any appts yesterday or today pictures taken from our second story looking down into the yard. Melody
